Newer wterfront 7 bedroom home with private pool and private dock. New community pickleball court. Perfect for family vacations or corporate retreats. Free use of a kayak, paddle boat, basketball goal and ping pong table for your vacation enjoyment. Located in the heart of Osage Beach and close to everything. Nice cove location with calm water for swimming, etc.

Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Large harvest table plus the bar provides plenty of seating for meals. Mini kitchen in the lower level with another full size fridge and sink.

The main living area has a 65” flat screen high definition TV with a sectional sofa. The lower level has another 65'” flat screen high defination TV and a ping pong table.

2nd master - king bed with flat screen TV
bedroom #3 - queen bed with flat screen TV
bedroom #4 - 1 set of twin bunk beds and 1 queen

There is also a large stacked stone wood burning fireplace in the main area for winter retreats. We also have a firepit on the patio by the lake for late night family gatherings by the water.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

We also provide a professional charcoal and gas grill.

The private lakefront beach area is perfect for small children.

Property is better than expected & was perfect for a weekend getaway our family. Bedrooms are nice size & beds are comfortable. Nice bonus was being able to park cars in garage. Definitely recommend.

Lots of fun! Plenty of room. Able to rent a boat at Captain Bobs, Great place to rent and just down the way. If there were any concerns they were quickly taken care of. Pool clean and monitored. Would definately go back!

Perfect family getaway!

This was our first time to the Ozarks for an extended family vacation! The location was excellent, the setup of the house was perfect for our large group. We had young kids, teenagers, adults, grandparents and great grandparents and everyone found something to enjoy everyday. As everyone else said, communication was great and Bryan was on top of any questions we had. Would 100% stay again!

Family Reunion

We absolutely enjoy this home, location and dock it was our family reunion with 18 people. Lots of room for all of us and the dock and swimming pool was amazing. We enjoyed a bonfire at night to finish out our day! I would highly recommend this property to any large group. Amazing and communication with Bryan and Bill was quick and easy. Thank you for an amazing time!

Family Vacay

We loved our stay in this beautiful house in a quiet cove. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of space for the 12 of us. We enjoyed the pool and especially the convenience of the Tritoon. Kids fished for their first time ever! The property manager, Bryan, was quick to respond to our questions and concerns! Awesome week!

Family Vacation

First impression ..excellent location for a family that did not need a lot of parties going on around us. The accommodations were perfect. We had exactly what we needed. The pool was a little cold, but the dock made renting a pontoon and JetSki perfect. It served our needs exactly the way we wanted to spend our vacation with our family, the paddleboat was cute fun for a little extra excursion, The fishing for my grandson was excellent. The property manager was always available with any questions we may have had.

Fantastic!

My family and I had a lovely time. There was plenty of room for our large family, The views of the Cove were very nice. The pool was heavily used by all ages.We rented the boat for two days and enjoyed it very much. The towels and linens provided were really nice and soft. All in all, a great week!

Party at the Lake

Had a nice stay here, beds for 15 with plenty of bathrooms that were attached to the bedrooms. 2 fridges was awesome! Ping Pong table made for some fun when we had 2 days of lousy weather. Fireplace was great for cooking s’mores again on a cold a wet day. Very clean as well.

Great stay right on the lake!

Our family enjoyed having a pool on site and a dock to fish from. The layout of this property is great for a family group. It provides social areas right off the bedrooms making it easy to play games or watch movies but be near the children in bed. Beware of the very steep driveway. We did have a full size sheet on our queen size bed , and ended up buying a few necessary utensils which we left, but other than that everything was perfect. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Family fun

The house was more like a home. Loved the location, pool, dock and everything. Kitchen was very well stocked, bedrooms/bathrooms very nice. Overall, we would definitely return. Caretaker, Bryan was always letting us know when he would be cutting grass or turning on sprinklers. No surprises!

Perfect for our needs

Absolutely loved the layout of the house. Upper floor we could close the door and kids could run outside or inside with no worries. Sound was well contained in the various rooms. Bedrooms and living areas were spacious. Outside, deck and pool were very well maintained. Lake swimming area was wonderful and was in the sun most of the day and very little boat traffic in the cove. This place was perfect for our group of 18 from infant to senior.

Not a good place.

When you rent a house this size and there is only four spoons and two bath cloths and one hand towel per bathroom, this is a little ridiculous. The faucet on the kitchen sink was broke and the comment was when it finally falls off they’ll fix it. No towels in kitchen to clean or use for drying. The pots/pans should have been thrown out 10 years ago. I was disappointed in this house for the price we paid. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Lots of room

The location was excellent, the groundskeeper, Bryan, was very helpful and tentative. The pool was too cold for us as it is in the shade for a better part of the afternoon, but that’s the risk you taking going middle of September. There is tons of room, kitchen was stocked well, plenty of towels for everyone. The bedrooms were spacious. I am sure this house hasn’t had much of a break for the summer, but it does need a good scrub down, lots of marks on the walls, dirty in different places. All of the beds are terrible, stiff as a board, we actually bought a mattress pad for two of them because we couldn’t sleep the first night, paying this much money for a long weekend it should have decent beds in it. There was a bachelor party two houses down that were kind of obnoxious, at one point we were sitting on the dock and this group of boys hit us with a pork chop as they were trying to feed the ducks….just wasn’t the type of crowd I was expecting in these houses. Overall, we would return again just for location and hopefully we would be able to use to the pool

Such a great property!

We absolutely loved this property! Our group included family members from a 2-week-old baby to the patriarch aged 81! And it worked out so well for everyone in between! It was the first year that we had a pool and now it will be a requirement! The house was so clean--inside and out; so much room for our group. This was the first time we have stayed in this area of the Lake. Everyone loved the location--so close to everything. I was afraid the dock was a little small compared to what we have had in the past, but it was absolutely perfect! Access to the lake is so close and so flat; it was so nice to have the lake so available. It was good to have the garage spaces available to us and there were plenty of parking spaces for our big group. The owner was always responsive to my questions--and I had a lot of them! Thank you! The caretaker came by every day and was very responsive to any issues we had. This was definitely a plus; we have not had that with any other property. Thanks! We highly recommend this property! Honestly, we have tried to rent from this owner in the past, but this was the first year it actually worked out. I hope we can rent one of his properties in the future. You cannot go wrong with this property and location.

Memorial Weekend Memories

The house is perfect for large families we had four families with nine children and never felt like we were on top of each other. The views from the decks and pool deck are spectacular. Easy in and out boat access. Very nice Cove for jet skiing and tubing. We will definitely return to this wonderful Lakeside retreat.

Family Vacation

This was our third stay in the Ozark (Osage Beach) area. We found the property to be as described though it was starting to show it's age and wear. Brian was very helpful and ensured we had our needs addressed.

Perfect multi-family get away!

Awesome stay! We had three couples for the weekend and 10 kids...and it was one of the most enjoyable vacations we’ve done.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the lake last week. All 12 of my grandchildren loved the pool and had so much fun on the dock fishing, and using the paddle boat and kayak.
