Recently remodeled, we’ve modernized our condo to feel light and spacious, giving you room to relax and unwind. Featuring a new open floor plan, crisp cabinets and counters, updated kitchen appliances, fresh paint and colors, luxurious up-to-date tiling, and new furniture throughout the entire space. We know how comfortable these changes have made our family and are excited to share them with you.

A beloved family getaway, we’ve fully stocked the condo to be comfortable and truly have you feeling “at home”. The kitchen is conveniently equipped with cookware, pans, bowls, and utensils, all the essentials you need for easy meals in. Enjoy our new stainless steel kitchen appliances including a nearly silent dishwasher. A separate ice-maker provides never-ending ice for your beach cooler, keeping your drinks cold all day long. In the living room, we’ve created a high-quality media center with a 46” LCD TV, surround sound speakers, and Blu-ray player. The master bedroom also has a new LCD TV.

Emerald Towers Resort is a low-density high-rise condominium complex with just 84 units to share all the amenities. Two full-service elevators make it easy to jump back and forth between the condo and the beach. The swimming pool’s deck area offers lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas to enjoy while you take a dip or cook out on the newly installed grills. The exercise room, which overlooks the pool and the beach, is equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical machine, and weights. There are also two lighted tennis courts on the property for your use.

Emerald Towers prides itself on being a family friendly environment. You can feel safe in this gated community with an onsite security guard. It’s Emerald Towers policy not to rent to anyone under the age of 25. For your convenience, your keys will be waiting at the front desk when you arrive for a seamless check-in.
