Great stay, cool place!

This stay was very nice, everyone loved the overall vibe of the place. Plenty of room for our family of four. The house was nicely outfitted. Walkable distance to downtown Frisco and easy driving access to several ski areas.

Great property in Frisco

Check in process was easy, property was clean and well appointed. Location off of Main Street was an easy walk to many stores and restaurants. The private garage and elevator were a bonus. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay Garage and Elevator

This was a great place to stay, the location was great despite having to get in your car and drive to most places, you are close to Breckenridge and Keystone for Skiing. The private elevator made it effortless to go to the 3rd floor to move luggage from the garage to the room. The garage will accommodate 2 average size cars front to back. totally will stay here again

Comfortable condo with amazing views!

This condo was perfect for a getaway for a mountain wedding. The views off the balcony were amazing. Plenty of space for 4 adults and a toddler. Very clean! Within walking distance of mainstreet where thereā€™s tons of stores and restaurants!

Very nice property. Can walk to main street. Has a a heated parking garage for a medium size car (no trucks), and the elevator to the second floor unit is very convenient. Would be a great property for anyone including elderly who prefer to stairs

Frisco mini-vacation

The property was great and the technology to check in and depart was excellent (DACK). the only negative was lack of clear directions on the elevator use but a resident told us why the elevator probably wasn't working and once we fixed the accordion door it worked fine.

Great for grandma, grandpa and baby!

This was probably one of the cleanest places Iā€™ve ever booked! Literally spotless. Place was beautiful, gorgeous views. elevator was a little strange (you need can only take it if itā€™s on the floor you need - I got it for my parents and they still ended up walking their things up two stories. Oops). Only qualm is I wouldnā€™t saw itā€™s one block from Main Street. Still a close walk (we walked the whole time) but one block is misleading.

Loved it

What a great place to stay on our ski trip. Walking distance to downtown Frisco. Easy to access the condo. Two car garage with an elevator that enters right into the condo. There are stairs, as well. Entire place is nicely decorated and cozy. Had all we needed as far as kitchen use. Bathrooms were a nice size and had some extras like soap. lotion and showering supplies. Plenty of room to sit in front of the fireplace and relax after a long day. Communication with management was easy and they checked on us to be sure we had our entry instructions on our first day. We will definitely be back.

Mold!!! Black Mold

Black mold in the bathroom. Property manager not concerned at all and told me I should have inspected every inch before checking in. Horrible service!

Great place and location, but hard to find

The unit itself is very nice, with new finishes and very clean. Great location, walking distance from downtown Frisco and across from the marina. However, the unit is very difficult to find within the complex. Units are not numbered or identified well at all, I had to call property management to assist in locating the unit, and they were very helpful. I could not get the elevator to work properly. Also, the windows in the unit are in dire need of cleaning.

Fabulous place (with incredibly dirty windows)

This is the third time we have stayed here-- there are so many positives about the place, that it would pages to describe them. Great location, two blocks from main street, two blocks from the marina, easy access to the bike trails to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mtn. The place is always super clean, the kitchen is very very well equipped, and we appreciate that the cleaners keep a few things there (e.g., olive oil, a few spices, salt and pepper, sugar, and flour!!) The outside grill is huge and works well. The only thing that would keep this from being a 6 on a scale of 0 to 5 is that the beautiful views could be so much more enjoyable if the windows and screens were clean. (Just the garden hose attached sprayer- cleaners would do wonders. But don't let this tiny nit disuade you-- this place is truly fabulous!!!!

Good not great... needs maintenance and new mattresses

Pretty much everything was as described however we did have issues with the old sagging mattress in the master bedroom, lighting in the bathrooms, and some general maintenance needs. A new mattress would probably cost less than a few nights stay... why not replace it? The lighting in the bathrooms was horrible šŸ˜« . It was so bad everyone used the dining area to do there hair and makeup. The exhaust fan in the master bath did not work. Also note that there are no dressers in the bedrooms... this means living out of a suitcase or haning all your clothes in the closet. The location was great and views amazing. Overall the unit was modern and well decorated. The patio was great hangout area and the grill was very convenient.

Fabulous Frisco Location

The unit has everything you need, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is so close to town, which is why we chose this rental, besides the elevator convenience. Instructions state to leave thermostat at 68 but when we arrived it was 51Ā° in the unit. Management company hard to reach after hours when we assumed the heat was not operating because after many hours the bedrooms were not getting warm. Found an open window sash behind the closed blinds and once that was closed it still took about 8 hours to get to a comfortable temperature with the radiant floor heat. The elevator was not operating because the batteries in the keypad were dead but that was not an after-hours emergency for the management company and we waited until a Tuesday for that to be repaired. And then the batteries also died in the garage access keypad. The jets in the tub did not operate but that was minor. Since we could not use the elevator and had to use the stairs, we did complain that it was complete darkness on the second level of the staircase and the hall where the elevator on first level is, but it seems that is an HOA responsibility, which was never corrected during our stay and I think should be a priority.

Great property, lousy management company

The condo is beautiful and the location is wonderful! Walking distance to beautiful Downtown Frisco, Dill Reservoir, bike trails etc. We had a hard time finding the right building because the number is hidden behind a tree. No biggie. We asked if we could get in early and they said only as early as 2 without a charge. We thought that was kind of weird since every other hotel and VRBO we've ever stayed at has been okay with letting us in early if the unit was available. Once we were in, I messaged the PM about a couple of minor things, but we never got a response, and still haven't. The things that we asked for and never got, were a 4th chair for the patio table (the kitchen ones were too tall and why would you only have chairs in a unit set up for 6 people?) and the correct door code for the exterior doors. The one they sent didn't work. We also asked about recycling and got no answer. I addition to this, there were several things that really needed attention in the unit. All of the windows were beyond filthy! The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were also covered in dust. We were afraid to turn them on for fear of having it blow all over the room. There was also a dead plant on the deck. It really just appears that the property manager is doing a very poor job. I really hope the owner can find a better company. But as I said, the unit is beautiful and the location is perfect!

Perfect Apartment in Perfect Locale

Walking distance to main street. Convenience of location - 15 minutes from Keystone and 15 minutes from Breckenridge. The apartment was well cared for. Check in through the app was a breeze. The blankets were cozy, the heated floors and private elevator and garage were extra special touches! We brought two children under 6 and it was comfortable for them also. Would definitely stay here again.
