A perfect vacation home for the whole family or an adult getaway! Treehouse by the Sea presents a traditional beach house feel with all the new amenities you could ask for in a home away from home. As soon as you arrive, you know you are on vacation! You will be greeted by palm trees and the ocean breeze. Location is perfect for those wanting a more relaxed stay as you are a short drive from all Myrtle Beach has to offer but the City of North Myrtle Beach provides a calmer more peaceful vacation with great local food options!

5 Night Minimum During Peak Season. 3 Night Minimum in Off-Season. Extended stays are welcomed.

Treehouse by the Sea has three spacious bedrooms. The Safari Room has a California King and a large bathroom with a double sink and luxurious spa shower. The Beach Room has a queen bed and connects to the Bunk Room through the Jack and Jill bathroom which includes a bathtub. The Bunk Room has a queen sized bed and a twin bed. This room is perfect for the kids. There is an Office as well which has plenty of space if you need to use this as an extra bedroom. (We will set up a queen air mattress upon request.) The house also has one additional full bathroom plus the outdoor shower which is heaven post a day at the beach! Full-sized washer and dryer units available onsite and a fully stocked kitchen.

For those needing a Flexcation, you will find two full desks in the house and high speed internet. For those wanting to stay longer than 30 days, reach out for pricing discounts.

You may use the locked garage during your stay to store your beach items, golf clubs, kayaks, bikes, etc. We love biking to Main St., home of the Beach Shag, and enjoying live outdoor free concerts during the summer months! Good variety of restaurants and shops too. A lot of people enjoy renting a Golf Cart to get around town as well.

HOUSE RULES:

Check-in at 3pm/Check-Out at 10am. Maximum of 4 cars or motorcycles allowed on property at one time. Maximum of 8 people allowed in the house or on the property at one time. (Sleeping arrangements can accommodate 4-6 adults + 2-4 children.) Noise ordinance in effect from 11pm - 7am. We welcome your furry family members. Please send a picture after booking. $120 pet fee per reservation. Maximum of two pets.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

A favorite morning is waking up for a sunrise stroll on the beach (use 21st Avenue access point or drive to the tip of Cherry Grove) followed by sipping coffee on the back porch for bird watching or on the front porch to greet friendly dog walkers. The kids will love the basketball hoop underneath the house and playing at the beach all day long. You can end your day by grilling out and relaxing by the fire pit.

Of course, during your stay spend at least one day fishing on the historic Cherry Grove Pier and visit Platt's Seafood on your way back to the house. Cherry Grove Boat Landing is a perfect place for stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. Be sure to monitor the tide charts!

This is America's golf capital and you will find beautiful affordable options all around North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. Also, there are so many great choices for restaurants. Greg Norman's is a favorite for a nicer meal and be sure to explore Barefoot Landing before and after dinner. House of Blues is great for live music. Snooky's (both locations) is our favorite for dining on the water and King's Pizza is the best local pizza joint in our opinion.

Depending on how long you stay, there is so much to do and explore or you can spend your entire trip between the house and the beach relaxing! If you do like to explore, Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington State Park are worth the trip down south ... you can even visit Murrells Inlet or Pawleys Island for dinner on the way back. Calabash and deep sea fishing are worthy adventures just a short drive up north. And if you run out of time this trip, you will just need to come visit again!
