Although you’ll be close to it all at Brighton Cottage, you’ll feel like you’re in your own little world when you arrive. Designed to maximize privacy and provide complete comfort, Brighton Cottage features an elegant open layout, tons of natural light, and a stunning modern design. On the first floor, the first of two master suites has a king-size bed, a private outdoor sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. Up the spiral staircase, the second master suite features a king-size bed, an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private deck space. A third bedroom has a king bed, while two more bedrooms are bunk rooms with twin-over-twin bunks. Another spiral staircase leads up to a third-floor loft area with two cozy twin-size beds tucked under the eaves, views of the Gulf, a seating area with HDTV, and a fun foosball table. A bonus family room has a sleeper sofa and a sun-drenched, screened-in balcony.

Brighton Cottage is brimming with luxe details, including pecan hardwoods, custom Roman shades, bespoke maple woodwork and furnishings, and spa-like oversized showers with rain shower heads. Outside on the first floor, there are plenty of comfy lounge spaces to relax with your morning coffee or happy hour cocktail. There’s also a barbecue area for grilling a fresh catch for dinner, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Simply put, Brighton Cottage has it all.
