A third bedroom has a king bed, while two more bedrooms are bunk rooms with twin-over-twin bunks. Another spiral staircase leads up to a third-floor loft area with two cozy twin-size beds tucked under the eaves, views of the Gulf, a seating area with HDTV, and a fun foosball table. A bonus family room has a sleeper sofa and a sun-drenched, screened-in balcony.
