This spacious, villa-style vacation home is located a short stroll from the beach and adjacent to Playground Park.
In addition to its many wood balconies, a shaded verandah in the back is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation, as well as being the perfect place for late night visiting and memory sharing. Here, stucco archways and iron lamps provide an elegant backdrop for Moreland's large private pool, which is sure to be a favorite of your group. After all, few things are as relaxing and picturesque as floating upon the cool waters as you feel the warm Florida sun beat down upon you.

In the spacious living and dining area, pale yellows and creams are trimmed by subtle blue and accented by dark wood furnishings. High ceilings and windows create a light-filled atmosphere. As you walk in, the first thing you'll notice is the open floor plan which gives the home a rather spacious feel, and with the cream walls and blue trim, you'll find yourself in the perfect rental for a laid-back coastal vacation. The living room features plenty of comfortable couches which are perfect for snuggling up after a long day and enjoying a movie as a group. Behind, you'll find the dining area with seating for eight, and which is the perfect place for your group to gather and enjoy whatever culinary feast the chef has whipped up today. An exceptionally large kitchen features dark wood cabinets and polished stone counters, including a free-standing breakfast bar which is perfect for either a quick bite, or for conversing with the chef as they show off their skill in the fully equipped kitchen.

Of the four bedrooms, several open onto private balconies. You'll find the first master on the ground floor, complete with king bed and direct access to the pool outside. You'll also find private bathroom complete with a jetted tub, perfect for recuperating before a good long rest in your comfortable bed. However, there's no need to fight over this master, as you'll find an additional one on the second floor. This one includes a king bed, as well as a 22” television and private bath. While you won't find direct access to the pool upon this floor, you will find direct access to the shared balcony, which is a perfect place to read the news as you watch the sun rise in the distance. You'll further find a queen bed in the guest bedroom, this coming complete with a private bath which is always the lovely perk. A bunk room gives even the little ones a place to call their own and is complete with a 42” flat screen. Finally, upon the third floor you'll find the last guest bedroom which comes complete with a full bed, making it the perfect fit for the introvert in your group. In addition, a private den space holds a large sleeper sofa and flat-screen television, making it perfect for an extra sleeping area for those with a particularly large party. However, you'll find it also is the perfect spot for those looking to escape from the main group and maybe curl up with a book or put on a good show.
