Amazing condo on the beautiful Anna Maria beach. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy the island. The property manager was great to work with and very accommodating.

Girls Getaway

Anna Maria Island is amazing and this condo was too. The proximity to the beach and pool area were wonderful and the condo itself was exactly as advertised. Two trolley stops right outside made the entire island accessible.

Wonderful place to stay!

Perfect proximity on the beach! Uncrowded beaches due to location. 5 turtle nests just outside the beach path! Nice quiet condo complex. Our unit had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and beach gear including cooler, nice chairs, beach wagon, towels and more! Perfect communication with host! Will stay here again.

Perfect for our family

We've stayed in AMI many times. This was our favorite place so far! The condo had everything we needed. We loved that the second bedroom had 3 beds with an adjacent bathroom. We used the balcony and pool everyday. Loved the proximity of the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Birthday week get-a-way!

What a beautiful stay in your lovely condo!!! The condo had everything we needed! The condo was filled with kitchen supplies, both beach & bathroom towels and supplies to make our stay so comfortable and feel like home! It came with a closet of beach šŸ–ļø chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, cooler and whatever one would need to enjoy the turquoise - blue Gulf of Mexico Beach! The pool was the perfect temp and a great place to enjoy with options of both the shallow & deep ends! I especially loved this location as we were so close to the action of visiting great restaurants, Bean Point Beach and both piers of ANNA Maria Island, going North or South with a car or golf cart! In addition, Playa Encatada was nice and relaxed and a little slice of paradise! Thank you for a wonderful week! āŒā­•ļøšŸ§”ā¤ļøšŸ–ļøšŸŒ…šŸ’›

Amazing condo

We had the best, most relaxing time staying here ! It was like home away from home. Amy does an incredible job of making sure to have everything you could need on your stay here, from plenty of towels, beach towels , extra pillows and blankets, fully usable kitchen stocked with pan, utensils, plates , bowls , platters , you name it! books and games... the list is endless. She even leaves a " welcome basket " for you that has trahbags , laundry detergent , dish washing tablets , toilet paper, etc. The location of this condo was so covenient. The walk to the beach was so easy and quick. Just a walk away from ugly grouper and duffys ! We were thrilled about that ! Lol we are already planning on booking this same unit for next year !

Enjoyed Our Family's Stay

This was our family's first time to Anna Maria Island and we loved it so much we plan to return. Lots of good restaurants, nice white sand beach with clear water, and a nice big pool. It was a quick walk down to the beach and we like that the storage closet on the first floor had four very nice beach chairs and an umbrella (Tommy Bahama). There were also a few other beach chairs and a few toys for the kids. There was a beach wagon that made carrying it all down to the beach much easier. Inside we liked that there were two bathrooms and that there was a crib and a booster style high chair. The washer and dryer were great to have right by the kitchen. The master suite was a great size and the kids loved having their own room. The bunk bed was a hit. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. A regular coffee maker and a k-cup style maker. We had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch each day. The owner reached out with a text before we got there and was helpful and communicative to the questions we had. Our only minor complaint about Anna Maria Island is that very little is walkable in terms of restaurants or stores - however golf cart rentals seem to be the solution as they were everywhere. We are considering renting one next year to avoid having to load up in the car for a very short drive.

Nice spot on beach

The location was pretty good. Not really walkable to restaurants for anyone interested in doing that. The condo is spacious and would work best for all calm adults. The residents who live there are not the fondest of renters and had a problem with lots of things. Our kids are very shy and calm and they still got yelled at for jumping in the pool, being too loud, digging and building on the beach. We got in trouble for having a rental car not registered with the complex, which we didnā€™t know we needed to do. The property sits on a beautiful spot on the beach, but there are gates that require a key to get into the common area then another gate to go back and forth to the beach. This wouldnā€™t be too bad for one or two adults. It got a little tricky going back and forth to condo and beach, especially if you had beach stuff to haul and kids who need to go back and forth for restrooms and what not. Iā€™m sure itā€™s a great safety feature, but it did get a bit tricky. All in all the place was nice, but wanted families to know that they may be better off staying where residents and condo association members werenā€™t hounding you all day and where the beach access may be a bit easier. Pool and hot tub and view was lovely.

Second time around was just as good as the first!

This was our second time staying in Amyā€™s condo. The condo is clean. Beach access is perfect. He couldnā€™t ask for a better stay.

A great value and terrific location.

It's not very often I would stay at the same place twice, this place would I would definitely come back to. You can tell the owners take pride in their property and have kept it well. It felt like I owned it myself. Private covered parking and guest parking was great for the additional golf cart rental. It's right on the beach. I cannot say enough good things. If you're lucky enough to get this place, enjoy!

Absolutely perfect!!

We stayed at this condo for six nights and it was wonderful!! The condo is beautiful and laid out perfectly. The pool is so warm and inviting! The beach is just gorgeous. I highly recommend this condo for families, couples, girls trip, anyone. Amy was wonderful to work with and answered all questions promptly. She provided all the beach essentials even towels! I love that itā€™s steps to a beautiful beach. We walked every morning and evening. The sunsets were just beautiful! Book this condo, you wonā€™t regret it!!

Wonderful week in sunny Florida

Thanks so much for a great week at Ana Maria Island. The condo was a wonderful place to call home for a week. The amenities in the condo were great. Perfect Stay

I stayed at Amy's condo with my 4 children. It was the perfect experience. Check-in was super simple. It was an amazing location in the middle of the island. We rented a car so we were able to access the north and south ends of the island. My kids absolutely LOVED how close we were to the pool. The access to the beach was amazing and Amy provided EVERYTHING you might need from coolers to toys, to chairs. We also loved that we could wash our clothes there so we didn't have any dirty clothes to take home. The only suggestion I would have is more bath towels and wash rags. We also ran out of toilet paper, but it was easy enough to pick up at Publix nearby. :) We are looking forward to our next stay.

A Relaxing Oasis

The beach house was quite spacious with a great location. The complex was beautiful and quiet. We visit AMI every year and intend on booking this unit again in the future.

Everything you need!

This condo was an excellent choice for our familyā€™s vacation. It was quite roomy, had everything you could need (beach umbrella, chairs, toys, kitchen utensils, a cooler, cooler bag, water bottles) which made our stay very easy. The pool was so warm and used a lot by ou family. Quiet grounds, easy access to a gorgeous beach! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This condo had everything we needed. It was beautiful and right at beach. It also offered a garage that provided shelter for our vehicle. Definitely would recommend it to family and friends.

Great place to stay! Very clean. Most residents live there so quiet is a must to be respectful. Ocean is really close. Easy to choose between pool or beach. Would definitely recommend to others who like a quiet relaxing place to stay.

Amazing accommodations, helpful owner

The place was absolutely beautiful and cozy. In addition to being spacious and comfortable, the place is well located and has amazing sunset views. We were also really thrilled/relieved to find that it was very well stocked in every sense of the term. There were plenty of towels, linens, glasses, plates. Great air circulation, ceiling fans, and AC etc. All the beach equipments are also there. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores... It was a pleasure to stay here. We would like stay there again if we get back to Florida.

My wife and I had a wonderful time

First, I was very much delighted to find this condo more spacious than the photos. It has a real open feel that flows nicely from room to room. It was also super clean. We have been renting places for years and have never seen one this clean. The kitchen has all new appliances, dishes and cookware appeared to be new. Everything you need to cook meals. The pool area was clean and had immaculate landscaping. We loved the hot tub. Beach and pool are easily accessible from the room and owners have closet downstairs with beach supplies. This was our 3rd trip to the area this year, and by far the best. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend. Chris

Amazing family getaway!

Great experience! Beautiful property. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Such a quiet spot on the beach. The pool was very quiet too. We usually had it to ourselves. Very clean! Will definitely look at staying here in the future!
