Getting the keys from the drop box was very convenient. The unit was spotless and the furnishings were great. We rent a unit in this complex every year but this was the first time through this host. We will be using this host again for future trips.

There were a few things the cleaning crew missed but overall the unit was clean. The decoration was great and it was very well supplied. The pool and hot tub were good though the pool was in need of having leaves skimmed out. I did notice the pool guy headed there the day we checked out. River access was easy and being right next to Texas Tubes made getting on the river super easy. I definitely recommend this unit and look forward to our next visit.

Over all the unit was lovely! It fit exactly what we needed, was well stocked for guests and would recommend. I only had two issues. 1. The bathroom shower had a ton of someone else's hair stuck to the walls. It was pretty gross. 2. People party outside by the pool into all hours, I didn't mind, i know it was a holiday weekend but a light sleeper could have issues going to sleep. None the less, would highly recommend this unit! The location to go tubing or walk to "town" is perfect. We look forward to staying in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for recommending our unit! We're delighted to hear that the home was well-stocked, met your needs, and that you enjoyed the convenient location for tubing and exploring downtown. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issue you encountered in the shower. We partner with a professional cleaning company and hold our cleaning standards to a very high level, so we are disappointed to hear that this was overlooked. Your comments have been shared with our cleaning team to help ensure this does not happen again. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the pool area noise. As you mentioned, holiday weekends can bring more activity to the property, but we understand how this could be disruptive for light sleepers. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay overall and look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to New Braunfels!

Perfect stay

We loved the condo and loved being right on the river. We will definitely be back! The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The only complaint I would have, and it wasn’t even that big of a deal, was the pool pump equipment was kind of noisy sitting on our balcony. We couldn’t hear it in our condo though, so it wasn’t a big deal.

Stay on the Comal

Overall it was a great experience. The property was clean and the check in process was easy. You do pay a cleaning fee but then they ask you to do a few chores before you check out to help the cleaning crew. Go figure. But, you have direct excess to the Comal, plus a swimming pool and hot tub at your disposal. We would definitely stay there again.
