Seawinds Townhome is located directly on the beach overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This townhome features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico along with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, two living areas with the one on the main floor containing a sofa bed an oversize deck and outdoor shower for your convenience and enjoyment. Conveniently located near Destin along Scenic Gulf Drive, you will find this property to have easy access to Outlets, shopping, fine and casual dining, golfing venues, fishing, boating, and all the fun beach activities. There are restaurants within walking distance. There is even a 6 mile long sidewalk path for walks, runs, or biking. You will be impressed with the spaciousness of the units, the privacy, the views, as well as the convenience of having a townhome to yourself directly on the white sand.

It was a great location right on the beach! You can walk down to a couple of great restaurants, parasailing, banana boating, etc.

Great Stay Right on the Beach

We were in Mirarmar for the Mooncrush concert, and the location of the property (both direclty on the beach and walking distance to the venue) was perfect.

Dirty wonā€™t stay there again!

Dishwasher stinks, was dusty, and cockroaches was in the placeā€¦ Wonā€™t stay there again. Went to check in an hour and half early and other places let us this place wasnā€™t cleaned yet lady was just starting to clean it.

Great Location! Right on the Beach!

The condo was great. The beach is right outside and is less crowded than near the big high-rise condos. So many places to hang out and be comfy in at this rental.

Great location!

We spent a few nights here with a few friends. The location is awesome. If you want to be able to just walk right out onto the beach (like we did), this is heaven. Renting a golf cart is the perfect way to get around to some great restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, etc. The location, owner communication, and smooth check-in /check-out made it easy to overlook a few issues with the property. I'd stay again.

The air conditioning issue was brought to Jeffā€™s attention the 2nd day. A portable window unit was brought in but had to be utilized for bedroom on 1st floor and one unit was used on 3rd floor for bedroom. The living room on 1st floor could not be used because of the heat

Mixed review

The location of the house and proximity to the beach are great! The overall cleanliness was very good. The house was just as pictured. Issues included: cockroaches on the bottom floor, bottom floor bedroom as you enter at street level was very hot and nothing cooled it off. The dryer took multiple cycles to dry a load of clothes. Wi-Fi was very spotty throughout the stay. No trash bags left except for one in the trash can. There was no key box to enable us to lock the back door. Called the rental place and they said they were aware because they had removed it. I asked how I was supposed to secure the house while we were on the beach. They didnā€™t have an answer. Sent someone the next day. I felt like for what I paid for our stay there, these are not issues we should have to deal with.

Great location

This townhouse is in a great location. Parking was easy, across the road from a convenience store and right ON the beach. It was clean, furnished well and had plenty of space. The downfalls were that the bottom floor bedroom with the twin beds was useless. There was no air flow at all and the dresser is broken. We just kept that door closed off. The bottom floor living room has a portable AC in it so that area and the rest of the home was cooled just fine. The main bedroom on the third floor is an open loft that looks over the living room. There are large windows without curtains at the very top of the wall near ceiling that shine right into that bedroom so if youā€™re a light sleeper, this wonā€™t be a great place to sleep due to noise and light. The main bedroomā€™s bathroom has no wall at the top either. Itā€™s a strange design, like a stall almost. The main door by the parking lot has no weather stripping at the bottom so there were random bugs and a couple roaches coming in through this hole. And lastly the beach grass that meets the porch is overgrown through the path. I assumed the grass had to be left alone due to some beach ordinance but looking at the other units, no other path that led to the other townhouses had this issue. Lastly, the outdoor furniture set that is pictured in the photos is locked up under the house, the chairs that are available for use are plastic Adirondack chairs instead. Even with these negatives, it was still a nice place to stay on the beach.

GORGEOUS View

Check in was simple and easy. The home was exactly as pictured. Spacious for at least 2 families. Was very nice that the home offers 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. All of the bedrooms also had TVs. BUT, how could you stay inside when you can walk right outside and be on the beach. 3 patio areas also offered a great place to relax without having to go down to the beach. Very short walk to the Whaleā€™s Tail, coffee, DQ, and a gas station. The o my thing I wished this amazing townhouse offered would be beach service. Because we flew in, renting chairs and an umbrella got very pricey. Overall, we loved our stay at this amazing location and would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed this property being on the beach! Thatā€™s the most important. Secondly the property was very clean so that makes it a great vacation place to me! The only downside was all the stairsā€¦.. the description says three stories but you do not really think of the stairs at the time of booking. Stairs to main floor and two flights more to bedroom floor. They have more stairs to get on and off beach so if you are going to main floor from beach itā€™s two up and two more to get to main floor so total of 4 stair cases out to beach and 4 coming back. Not a good place for anyone that may have any ailments.

You can't beat this view

This was our first time to the gulf coast and we couldn't have picked a better property. The town home was just like the pictures and the view is breath taking. We walked to Badass Coffee & Dairy Queen everyday. We ate at Pompano Joes twice... highly recommend the grilled Mahi Mahi. Just be prepared this is a 3 story townhouse so there is a lot of stairs. It was plenty big for our family of 5 to all have our space when coming in from the beach. The beds are comfy, especially the master. The kitchen is completely stocked. My only complaint is that the air on the bottom floor wouldn't keep it cool and the microwave seemed to not have enough power to work - and this only happened a few times. I can't wait to plan our trip for next year and look foward to staying here again!!

Perfect Beach Vaca

We loved the location of the townhouse and the view of the beach that wasnā€™t crowded. Townhouse was nice, clean and updated, close to Baytowne Wharf, Food and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Great location with lots of rooms

We loved the location and view of the ocean. It was nice having 2 separate living areas ! The check in was great and had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. The outdoor sitting area was nice and relaxing too

Great location

The location is great, pictures of condo are a bit deceiving. Some furniture needs repair/replacement and outdoor deck/steps to beach needs some maintenance/cut back to allow passage down steps. Our family had a wonderful time here, for the price, the condo just needs a little TLC to be perfect.
