We have a HUGE dock that is great for gathering. There is a dining table that seats 6. There are also several lounge chairs. The dock has a new diving board as well as a big step ladder.

This was an AMAZING experience. The home is gorgeous and the views even better. The house has everything and more to have a wonderful get away. Id definitely recommend this prporty, worth every penny, and would go again! 10/10.

Awesome location!

Great location for fishing! Best spot I've found for distance from boat ramp to house and the easiest for loading and unloading. Great outdoor space, great dock and the house was great as well. We'll definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a great time during our stay at this property. The home is very cozy and so beautifully decorated! The quiet cove the home is located on made our trip so relaxing! Kayaking, paddle boating, jet skiing, fishing, s’mores, and boating! Definitely something for everyone!

Great Location!

Loved the house and the location on the Lake. The dock was awesome, with the jump platform and lily pad. The kids had a blast swimming, and also playing with the Jenga set. Thanks for a great time!

Perfect!

This was the nicest, cleanest place I have ever rented. Very large and perfectly decorated. The outdoor areas were wonderful! Very heavy, nice furniture both on the deck and the dock. Patio was a wonderful surprise. We had a lovely stay.

Beautiful Home Great Location The Family did an Amazing Job turning this home into a Great Lake Home.. This was our third year in a row at the Lake of the Ozarks for our family vacation and this was by far the best home we have stayed in!!! Thank you Courtney Family!!

Family Vacation

The family enjoyed our trip, the house was perfect for all of us. We had plenty of room to gather and also have our own individual space. The dock, fire pit, deck and lower patio gave us plenty of outdoor space. The host was always available and answered any questions we had. Would overall recommend the house.

Worked very well for our family vacation

The house gave us adequate space and enough bedrooms. The dock, Lilly pad, kayaks and dive platform gave everyone plenty of water time. The kitchen and dining room accommodated the entire family. The bunk room was a little small for 4 kids and one of the queen beds was a bit wiggly. Overall we were satisfied with the accommodations.

Great location and great house

Thank you for letting us staying at your house. My family had a great time, everyone loved it. The house is by the water and have a dock so it is so convenient for the kids to play jetski, tubing, poontoon without driving to it. We could also grill on the deck and watch the kids playing at the same time . I also loved that the owner allowed us to use the kayaks and paddle boat, so there were many things that we all could enjoy without being bores. In fact, the kids didn't want to leave the house to go hiking so they can play more in the water. The house has open floor plan, cleaned and very nice, easy for us to enjoy. In brief, We love the house and would stay again if we come back to Lake of Ozark.

The perfect Ozarks stay!

Every other year some of my extended family and I book a trip to reconnect and spend time together. This was our first time traveling to the Ozarks! This house was the perfect place to spend some quality time together- so much so, we barely ventured off the property. We spent our days fishing, swimming and kayaking off the dock that was outfitted with the best equipment and seating for everyone in our crew. And by evening we gathered for family dinners around the ample sized dining table, followed by endless card games. We really enjoyed the open floor plan of the house which allowed for all of us to spread out while enjoying each others’ company! If you’re looking for a family friendly stay this property is it! It’s clear that the hosts have spent time considering what guests would need for a great stay and have gone above & beyond. (Not to mention they were very responsive throughout our visit!) We loved our stay and hope to come back again!

Wonderful lake house

This is a lovely, well equipped lake house. One big issue with the listing is that it was advertised as 6 bedrooms but the 6th bedroom did not have an actual bed but instead a sofa-bed which was terrible and could not be slept on by an adult. We had six adults in for an event and the guy who got assigned to that room was not happy at all. We ended up pulling a mattress off one of the bunk beds and sleeping on that on the floor. The house is terrific and had everything we needed. We had problems locating the exact property (typical for a lake front area) , we called the property manager and she did not answer or return our call. Luckily we found it OK and all was well. Overall a very nice place and as long as you don't need a full 6th bedroom this place is great.

The home is six bedrooms, and in the description it says that one of the bedrooms is a queen pull out. Also, on the table is a welcome guide and within that welcome guide, it tells you that there is a Tempur-pedic topper in the closet. * just to note, the couch is being replaced by an actual queen bed in June. We also haven’t had anyone have any issue with finding the home. If you have questions, you’re always welcome to Message us through Vrbo.

Wonderful dock and diving platform

When we arrived at the home an hour before check in the front door was unlocked so we put some of our suitcases inside the door and called the owner because the beds were not made. The owner told us to go enjoy the dock and she would call housekeepers. Check in was at 4:00 pm and we were not allowed in until 5:00. Owner was very gracious and apologetic. House and beds were very adequate for our group. On 4th day of our stay the kitchen sink drain just fell out. Called owner and she said a plumber would arrive later that day. No plumber. We prepared supper of our group and used the laundry room sink for prep and dishes. Plumber arrived late that night and fixed the sink. We were compensated by the owner for the inconvenience. We would rent again....just had some unfortunate things happen.

Fantastic Group Property on LOTO

We had a large group of 14 ladies for a bachelorette weekend and the Courtney property worked like a charm! This beautifully renovated home is huge - plenty of sleeping space (12 spots in beds and a pull out couch for two) and multiple living spaces (upstairs living, downstairs living, upstairs deck, downstairs screened-in porch, open-concept kitchen with a huge dining table) to keep everyone from feeling crowded. We brought all but the kitchen sink with us, but everything was well-stocked. The Blackstone grill/griddle was also super easy to use. The location is fantastic - we called for the water taxi a couple times and they came within a few minutes. Shady/Lazy Gators is really close by water and a ton of fun for a day out. If I had to give any constructive feedback I'd say that blinds in the sunroom where the pull-out couch is would be awesome (the sun really knocks your socks off in the mornings so a bit brutal for anyone staying in there). Having some pool noodles or saddle seats to float with would also be an awesome addition. We brought our own Lily Pad, but hauling floaties for that many people takes up too much space. We're already talking about when we might be able to do the same trip next Summer. Seriously, just book it. :)

Great home for group

Loved the home and especially the great cove location. Large kitchen and dining areas accommodated our group well. Screened porch was great for hanging out and night storage of water toys. Owner was quick to respond to inquiries.

Great family weekend

We were so happy with this place! It definitely exceeded expectations. A lot of thought had gone into the accommodations. The deck was amazing! It was especially great for my parents with mobility issues, because you can walk right out to the deck. We will be back!

One of our best vacations ever!!!

All I can say is, WOW!!! This home is beautiful and we had plenty of room for our whole family...six adults and four children! We also had a a wonderful time on the dock! Our family loved jumping off the diving board, playing on the lily pad, floating on the huge floatie, driving the paddle boat, and kayaking! We rented a tritoon from Franky and Louie's and they were awesome to work with. We were even able to park it in a spot at the dock. Our family had the best time and made some great memories! You will not regret booking this vrbo! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

Lake fun for everyone

This place was great. It was hot out while we were there and it’s was a great relief to come into a cool house to take a break. The beds were really comfy. The house came equipped with tons of games for the kids. The house was clean when we arrived. The dock was an easy walk out the back door. The boat slip was a great bonus. We didn’t use it but the house comes equipped with cable tv. There was also a culligan purified water tap in the sink. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Great Property!

I cannot say enough good things about this mom. It is warm and welcoming, the perfect place to spend time with family. My 80 year old parents were able to join us to watch the kids swim from the dock since there are no outside steps down to reach the dock. The space is great, it is close go restaurants and things to do. The owners were communicative I have nothing bad to say. Book it! You will not regreg it.

Our family has loved traveling to the Lake of the Ozarks for the past 13 years. In the summer of 2020 we decided to take the leap and buy a home. It had great bones from 1985, but we decided to give it a facelift! We took down walls and made a big beautiful open space for friends and family to gather. Now we want to share our beautiful new home with you! We hope to help you create memories that will last a lifetime!

The upper deck also features a brand new outdoor grill ready for your family to use.

We are also offering a boat slip with the home rental. It is 12 x 30. We are set an a deep cove, so there is no need to worry about big waves!
