Unit 122 is a nicely decorated updated first floor condo on Hilton Head Island's famous south end. Fully stocked kitchen allows for making this your home away from home. Three spacious bedrooms provide ample sleeping areas for up to eight friends or family members. Ocean One is convenient to shopping, dining, nightlife and more. Oceanfront pool, walkway and grill areas are just a quick walk. Private patio is a great spot for outdoor dining, or relaxing after returning from the beach.

Loved being within walking distance to shopping and food. Only complaint was how small the showers were. I’m a petite woman and still hit my elbow on the glass when trying to move.

Great vacation. Condo was very convenient and our check in and out were easy. No issues during our stay. We do recommend a thorough cleaning of the floors, baseboards and furniture but all else was perfect for us. We would stay again!

Wonderful Unit

What a great weekend at a great location. 5 cousins and 1 Aunt from 3 states reuniting after 30 years for a funfilled time of sharing old memories while making new ones. Oh what fun in a fun place. The pool and deck were not available but it was ok.

Hilton Head

Nice place, as advertised. Convenient location, about as close to coligny square as you can get. Public beach access is not far, so beach was pretty crowded but never had a problem finding a spot to set a canopy up. Condo had everything we needed, although some of the pots/pans were beyond their life. Had a great time in Hilton Head!

Great location!

Beautiful property. Great location. We loved the size of the condo; it was perfect for our family. We loved the location to town and beach access. Having a pool was a nice addition to our trip. Having access to beach rentals was a plus too. The only negative we had for the property would be the clesnliness of the floors. Our feet would turn black as soon as we stepped out of the shower. There was an excessive amiunt of sand on all the floors when we arrived.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented 2 units (#122 and #124). Although, the ceiling in 124 (one of the bathrooms) all was good for them. We did have a leak in #124 and Buddy quickly responded and did his best to make it amenable. I really appreciated the response and refund.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was very spacious and somewhat clean. It could have used a deep cleaning. Base boards really needed to be cleaned , floors could have been cleaner, and the kitchen faucet was broke but still useable. We loved the pool and beach area! We ate at several restaurants and all were excellent except Wild Wings! That place was terrible. Bad service and the chicken fingers were not cooked completely!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good experience. There were a few maintenance issues. The dishwasher was not screwed in to the countertop and kept falling forward which I repaired while there. A piece of the washer kept falling out, I could not fix. Location was nice to walk right out to the pool or beach from the first floor. The showers were nice and the beds were comfortable. It seemed clean. The carpet needs replaced, lots of stains on the carpet. The maintenance man the worked on the property was super nice and greeted us every morning and worked very hard on the property. Security was very nice and helpful. Overall, great stay.

Ocean One Stay

The condo was very convenient to beach and businesses. However, I had emailed Seashore Vacations prior to our arrival concerning parking. All the paperwork said only 2 vehicles were allowed April to September. However, since we were arriving in October I wanted to make sure we would have appropriate parking for 3 vehicles. I was told parking passes would be picked up at the security gate. When we arrived, we were told by Ocean One absolutely only 2 passes, and we could park in public lot down the street and the security guard was not nice. This was very inconvenient and frustrating for our stay. In addition, the condo had little kitchen supplies. There were NO potholders, 1 dishtowel and cloth, and very few storage containers. One of the bathrooms had no exhaust vent which had black mold around the ceiling. Finally, as we returned to condo from the beach to shower one day, we had no water. When I messaged the company, I was told repairs were being made to complex and all water was turned off. I was not informed so that we could make plans accordingly. Overall, the vacation was great, but communication between Ocean One, Seashore Vacations, and guest are very poor!

Hi Linda. We apologize for the miscommunication regarding the car passes at Ocean One. I went back and read your message and saw where the mistake was made. Every other year, Ocean One has dropped the two vehicle limit after September because the volume of visitors begins to decrease as we enter the fall and winter months. This is the first year that the property has maintained the two vehicle policy beyond the summer months. This is due to the higher volume of guests arriving on the island during the fall and winter season. This is all very new for the rental companies, restaurants, and businesses on the island because we are experiencing a much higher volume of guests than we have in years past. We will make sure to correct our paper work to accurately reflect this change and we apologize for the miscommunication. As for the water shutoff in the building, we were informed the day of the incident because there was an emergency situation that resulted in the water having to be shut off for a brief period. We were not able to prepare and advise our guests properly because of this. Again, we apologize for these issues you experienced during your stay and hope that you will choose to stay with us again.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at this property and 4th time to Hilton head island , the first year we obviously loved it , location and all . This year however not so much , the unit itself was actually not very clean , light bulbs blown over showers , broken glass in lighting fixtures, the washing machine broke while trying to wash our towels . It was not very well equipped for cooking at all . Then to top that off they are doing construction which were told would start after our stay they put scaffolding right outside the door of our unit ! Also parking to load or unload anything was quite difficult . Plus we were charged basically like summer rates for this in September , rather disappointed . On a positive when I called about some of the issues they did send someone to address them.

The comforter in the master bedroom did not appear to be clean, nor did it smell clean. We removed and did not use. The pool here was closed the last half of our stay- which was a bummer but we managed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Walk out your door and hop on your bike, steps to the beach and swimming pool.I would recommend updating the refrigerator and wobbly dishwasher. Also, the blender does not work properly so beware when operating.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great. We have stayed in other rooms in the property for years. Lights in the dining area and snack bar didn’t work. Brought lamps from the bedroom to use the table at night. Dishwasher wasn’t attached so it tipped over to load/unload. Floor was covered in sand when we walked in. Sent a message about the issues on the first day. Was told someone would come out and fix but they never showed. Bed in master was very uncomfortable. Will not stay in this unit again.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this rental so very much! the condo does have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths which is great. the rooms have 1 king bad, 1 queen bed and 2 queen beds and 1 pull out couch. We were very dissapointed that the pull out couch had NO sheets at all. I find it out that it was advertised, but not linens were provided. One person in our group did have to sleep with no sheets. The King size room didnt have the best airflow so it got a bit muggy, but the bed was comfy. The dishwasher was semi broken, so just beware. honestly, the location was worth is all. Walking distance to food, 2 min walk to the beach and a place for bikes to be dropped off.
