The condo is situated on the 3rd level, close to the elevator and stairs. It sits on the mature side of the beach, much safer for kids as there is no driving allowed!

Full sized kitchen with updated appliances! Plus Washer and Dryer in the unit!
Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, oven, stove. Tvā€™s in every room, and plenty of games for those rainy days!

There is cable, and private WiFi. The complex is clean with beautiful landscape kept very nice!

Short drive to Flagler Ave, where there is many shops and a variety of restaurant to choose from!

The unit was extremely hot and I think 78 is a more reasonable temperature in Florida summer than 80. The table on the patio is too big for the space - the chairs were almost impossible to move and given that it was the only dining space, which we knew it would have been nice to be able to maneuver it more easily.

The condo was in a great location and we did enjoy the proximity to the beach as well as the beach itself. However, the listing should be updated as it is not newly renovated. The condo could also use a deep clean as walls, baseboards, doors, and kitchen cabinets were all filthy. AC was not fully functional during our stay. Heat and air was called out but told us there was nothing they could do because the unit had reached its end of life.

The property has plenty of room and the view was excellent. The beach and pool were perfect. Everything was great after we went and bought new sheets, pillows and pillow cases for the beds and gave the unit a cleaning. We were going to just rewash them but the washer wasnā€™t clean and had mildew in it. Linens, pillows and mattress covers had numerous stains on a couple of the beds and Iā€™m hoping it was chocolate pudding on the top of the stair case and loft curtain. After dropping 200 on cleaning supplies and linens the rest honestly went great. If these things are addressed we would definitely come back.

Our stay in the condo was great. We were 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space. Even though the weather was a little cool the kids still went swimming in the pool and beach access was great. We had no issues during our stay and Karyn responded quickly anytime we communicated. We arrived at 9pm on a Friday night and with the door access code the entry was easy and efficient. We used this condo as our home base for attending the Daytona 500 and it worked out well. We would definitely return!

Fabulous Oceanfront Getaway!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was more fantastic than the last. Pictures do not do this property justice! The owner is a quick and clear communicator and the property instructions are easy to follow. Will definitely book a future stay!

Comfortable, Convenient Beach Gataway

From start to finish our stay was fantastic. Fast communication from owner, lovely property stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation! The location of the property is perfect. Sunrise views, incredibly easy beach access on the no-drive side of NSB. We enjoyed our stay so much we already booked to come back next year.

The property was in a great location - steps to the beach and in a safe neighborhood. The master suite and the loft room were our family favorites. The beachy decor was welcoming and the games/puzzles were nice to have on rainy days. Karyn was always super quick to respond to my inquiries and was accomodating and easy to work with. Beautiful condo and great ocean-side location

The condo had everything we needed, a great patio and a beautiful view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time at the pool and the beach and both were just steps away. Condo complex is quiet but not far from good restaurants and places to visit.

Great location. (Other friends were staying there at Schooner Point.) Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Two bathrooms for seven adults worked out OK. Love the view and the balcony. Slept well in the loft. Karen was an accessible host and had a nicely decorated place. The beach itself is a fantastic section in new Smyrna Beach. No seaweed, nice hard packed sand, it was windy, but you canā€™t help that. Overall fantastic trip. I would definitely stay there again.

Great condo and location

Our family stayed at this lovely condo for three nights in March. Itā€™s right on the no drive part of NSB. The grandchildren loved the pool and easy access to the beach. After four busy days at theme parks, we enjoyed the slower pace and friendly atmosphere. The host was responsive to our questions and provided a great experience for our family. We would love to return in the future.

Great Family Gathering

Part of our family stayed in this condo during Thanksgiving, and it worked out great (used the 3 bedrooms plus the sleeping loft). Some of us had previously stayed at this complex, so we knew it was beautiful, and located on a great stretch of quiet beach. This particular condo has a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW from the balcony!

Love this place!

We've stayed at this property multiple times now. We have always had a great time and the other residents and guest are always kind, understanding, and respectful. It's hard to find a place that accommodates a family of 7. Property management are so kind and responsive. This place is the quietest and most relaxing place we've ever stayed and we will continue to return.
