Deep Water town home with private dock on Assateague Channel. Tern Inn is totally remodeled for your stay. Within walking distance to Memorial Park, boat rentals and restaurants. Balconies on both levels and a deep water dock. Come enjoy!. Providing linens and towels this year. Beach chairs, boogie boards and soft cooler provided. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING. LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED

PLEASE NOTE IF BRINGING A BOAT PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE TO VERIFY THAT THE BOAT WILL FIT IN THE SLIP.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Pony Penning get away

Love being able see the pony swim from the balcony The townhouse was adequately furnished and kitchen was nicely equipped. The final morning dolphins were swimming by the dock.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used this home for extended family for overflow from our home in Cjinmcoteague. It was clean and conveniently located and we loved having the dock right off the back. We even caught a "keeper" flounder! Suggestions: The mattress in the primary bedroom was very uncomfortable. The screened porch was a lovely idea but it's inset location blocked the nice breezes off the water. Perhaps a fan would improve circulation. Finally, no trash bags of dishwasher soap was provided and while we were able to supply our own, this seemed to send the wrong message about cleaning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Tern Inn every year for a number of the past years, four or five, & we have booked for next year. We love staying there. We love the porch overlooking the Channel. I sit there enjoying the view of Assateague Island. Sometimes the ponies are out & about. I bring a pile of books & just read, read, read. We read the New York Times & Washington Post daily & the Island Foods Grocery put aside copies for us each day. And then there are the beach & the wildlife loop on Assateague. staying there is a great chance to slow down & relax.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come back to Chincoteague every year, and always stay at different places. This has been one of our favorites yet! Very clean, great view! Everything you need to stay for a week! It was just my husband and I, but easily could have comfortably had more people stay with us. Loved the double balconies. We ate outside pretty much all week when we weren't "out" to eat. Very reasonably priced as well. Fishing was a little rough from the docks because the dock sits back between the neighbors and the current was very strong so we didn't get to do much fishing from there and went elsewhere. All in all, we'd definitely stay here again!

We were able to walk to Memorial Park in 5 minutes and Pony Swim Lane in 15 minutes, and watched the swim back from the upstairs balcony. Unit was clean and as pictures and we would stay here again.

Being able to walk to Memorial Park was great! The home was very well stocked with cooking, eating and drinking supplies. The only thing that bothered us were the large dust balls that came out from under the furniture when we opened windows/doors. I’m very allergic so we had to vacuum the entire place immediately.

Quiet and relaxing!!

this little townhouse is perfect for a small family getaway! location was perfect! loved the double porches and dock. clean and very nicely decorated! had a little issue with the stove but nothing anyone could've predicted and the management company responded quickly and made every attempt to resolve and help with the issue. we really loved staying here! will deff come back!
