PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Truly a home away from home

Great beach house perfect location

Our stay at Hale Lani Kai was wonderful. It worked perfect for 3 couples. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot on Kauai. The home was within walking distance to a great beach and restaurant.

Wonderful property and location

The property is across the street from the park on the beach. It is clean, convenient and was well appointed. It was great for my wife and I and our three grown children. It is about 30 minutes to the airport.

Great Beach House By Poipu Beach

We had a great week at this beach house. It is a wonderful location. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed mornings on the huge lanai which had both open and covered seating. Our bedrooms were comfortable with two masters on the main floor and large bedroom in the basement.

Beautiful property right next to Poipu Beach

Elegantly appointed, high quality finishes, quiet yet beautiful deck where many happy memories were made. Kelly Lynn immediately responded to the very minor issues we had and found solid solutions within minutes. I highly recommend this home.

Beautiful and well equipped beach house, best location and on the best beach!

We were blown away with our stay here. Our family was excited before coming because of the photos online. When we arrived at the house (Hale Lani Kai) looked even better. The view is breathtaking. Everything was sparkling clean and very well equipped, thought out. We even had fun playing ping pong in the game room. Our trip was an experience we will cherish forever!

Amazing

This place is so amazing! It is the most beautiful house with everything you could need! Even better than we expected from their site! Steps away from the beach and food! So comfortable! Had all the things we needed for the beach and to cook. We didn’t need to rent a thing! They are so nice and was super easy. Definitely recommend and would stay here every time! Mahalo

Amazing! Will book again!

This home was the perfect location, a 2 minute walk across the street to Poipu and Brennecke beaches. They had all the best gear- boogie boards, snorkels, beach equipment, etc. The kitchen has all cookwear, nice appliances, etc. The HVAC was a nice extra as it was quite warm. we stayed with 3 kiddos and our nanny, who had a separate area to retreat to downstairs. We will be back!

Awesome!

We had a super stay! Everything we could ever need was right at our fingertips! It was so nice to just walk across the street and play at the beach or walk down the road for amazing food! Definately would recommend this home to anyone who is visiting Poipu. The one thing that we will not miss is the chickens, although they were very fun to watch after the sun was up. Can't wait until we can bring our kids back. Thanks for a wonderful vacation home!

Wonderful House!!!

This was our first time renting a house, and we couldn't have been more pleased!! The house was lovely - even nicer than the pictures show, and was spotless. We cooked every day, and the spacious kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms (wow!) were very comfortable for all of us. The lanai was very large and perfect for relaxing, eating, and watching for whales - with more than enough room for everyone. The beach was amazing, and we loved the turtles and seals that visit daily. This house met all our expectations, and then some, and we hope to stay there on our next trip to Kauai. The owner was extremely easy to work with.

Excellent location!

This home is very comfortable for big families or multiple couples. The bedrooms are very private with 2 bedrooms upstairs on opposite sides of the home. The third bedroom with a queen and double bed (very roomy) downstairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. My grandkids loved the playroom with ping pong and foosball table. Brennecke's restaurant is practically next door and the beach is across the street. The owner, Kelly is quick to handle anything that might come up. We had a most enjoyable stay, really enjoying the lanai watching the ocean. It had everything we needed to have a great vacation.

Fabulous house & location!

We stayed for a week with our 2 grown children, their spouses and our 2 small grandsons. The house was perfect! Lots of great amenities - although we really just enjoyed the beach (which is right across the street!) Everything is exactly as pictured or better. The bedrooms are spacious and each has its own spacious bath. Plenty of room to be together or have a little privacy when you need it. The kitchen is well-stocked. Great bbq on the deck, all the beach toys & towels. Everything you need for a great beach vacation. Perfect for families or 3 adult couples. Kelly is great to work with and super responsive. I would highly recommend this house!

Aloha Debra~ I always love to hear that Hale Lani Kai is comfortable for our guests! Many of the features that you mentioned about the home, we love too... The private bathrooms off of each bedroom is a nice feature. As you mentioned, the ability to have ample room for family time, yet space for some privacy is also convenient. True Paradise

We spent a total of 9 days at Hale Lani Kai and other than the unexpected tsunami evacuation the trip was perfect. The house is directly across the street from Poipu beach park, so it was easy to just walk over for a day on the beach. The snorkeling was excellent and the surf shop right next door rents equipment so that is very convient. The house was fully equipped with everything you could ever need during your stay. It was so nice to cook dinner and sit out on the very large lanai listening to the ocean. Kelly was more than helpful in answering my questions before the trip and even called me the morning after the" tsunami scare" to check on us. The next time we come to visit Poipu we will be staying here again! Thank you!

Absolutlely Gorgeous and just as described!

We had a group of 6 adults stay over the July 4th weekend. The house was immaculate and just as described in the add. Actually it was more beautiful than any of the pictures give it credit. I cannot say how easy it was to work with Kelly thru the entire process. It was "steps" to the beach! Every thing you need besides food is there for you! Brennecke's beach bar and grill was right next door and very nice. We have already decided this is where we will be going on our next family trip in 2017! Words cannot describe this property, you have to see it for yourself - if your planning a trip to Kauai, this is the place to stay! Thank you Kelly!

Great Place!

Incredible location, nice house. Clean and well stocked for the beach. If you book it, don't bring any snorkel gear or beach toys really, frisbee, football, volleyball, water shoes, wake boards, buckets, shovels, towels, mats, cooler, sunscreen--basically everything you need for the beach is there waiting for you...bring your own clothing and a pair of sunglasses and you're good. No A/C but if you open it up at night and close it up in the morning it stays comfortable. There are fans in all the rooms to help drown out the rooster population that makes noise at all hours.

TERRIFIC HOUSE AND LOCATION!!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed your property. The pictures you see of the house are exactly what you can expect when you arrive. The place is beautiful. Location is perfect. The kitchen was spacious and all the appliances were top notch. Nice big screen TV w/ surround sound. We liked the deck for barbecuing and sunbathing. You are supplied with everything you would need for the beach. We all did the seven day cruise through the Islands in January 2014. One stop was Kauai and on a cruise you don't get to see much. I was born on Kauai so I wanted my relatives to see more of it. We decided to come back and enjoy Kauai and the house made it all that more Terrific!! Thank you Kelly. It was great working with you.

Best ever

We have been renting through VRBO for decades and I will honestly say this home was the best one yet. It was so comfortable, so well laid out, well appointed and beautiful. The owners have clearly made their home a place of comfort for their guests. We actually preferred eating ‘in’ because the view from the deck made cooking enjoyable. The home is perfect for 3 couples or two families with kids. Every ensuite bathroom was pretty sweet too. And did I mention it’s perfect location? There was even a closet full of great books...but we were all over the island so nobody really read anything but they were available in the event of a rainout, Someone mentioned the roosters....indeed, but they are everywhere on Kauai and they grow on you. We all want to stay in this home again and are already planning our next trip back. Thanks for everything Kelly Lynn. We LOVED your home,

Lovely House in a Perfect Beach Location!

We were two couples and one single adult renting this fabulous beach house. It was fantastic having three equally nice bedrooms with beautiful private bathrooms. The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Loved the huge lanai with comfy patio furniture and a nice gas BBQ grill. The house is literally a 1 minute walk across from the popular beach/park where swimming/snorkelling, etc is available. We spotted dolphins and whales from the beach and saw monk seals and turtles on the beach almost every day. Enjoyed the ping-pong and foozball tables in the games room. It was very nice having beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc to use at the beach. Also really appreciated having a nice washer and dryer at the house and an outdoor shower for getting the sand off. The house was immaculate and exactly as the pictures depicted, if not better! Really nice to have a huge parking area for our rental vehicle right in front of the house. We drove around the island and did a lot of exploring, but you could just stay at the house/beach and have a wonderful vacation. You do need to drive to get groceries as the larger grocery stores are several miles away. Kelly was great to work with and the entire process was very easy. This was a fantastic family vacation for us and we would definitely recommend Hale Lani Kai to family and friends. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Beyond Delightful

We stayed here with my family, four adults and two children (one and three years old). We were in heaven. The location, right across the street from the park/beach basically, was ideal for beach days. It made it easy for the little ones to return for naps, yet some of us could relax by the beach. Food within walking or close driving distance. Kauai is our favorite island, and this has now become our most favorite place to stay. Everyday the beach gifted us with turtles coming onto shore (although please be respectful with distance so they can rest in this protected environment. The accommodation is a large two story home. We had room for more family, which we hope to bring with us next time. There are two large bedrooms/large bathrooms upstairs, with a large lovely balcony, and another large bedroom/bathroom downstairs. Also downstairs is a game room (ping pong table, etc.). Everything you need, and more, is provided (whether by the owners or families who have left useful items - chairs, boards, children's buckets, umbrellas, even two beach bikes, etc). They also had two children's safety gates which were priceless for us being upstairs. The company is top notch with kindness and communication. They want this to be the best experience for you, and trust me, it absolutely is. I wouldn't hesitate to book any property with them. We loved our accommodations from the moment we walked in, and within a day they're already planning our return next year.

Hale Lani Kai truly IS wonderful!

Hale Lani Kai truly IS as wonderful as all of the previous reviews state. It was perfect for our group of six (5 adults + 1 toddler). I stayed in the upstairs bedroom with the slider. Coming from the foggy San Francisco Bay Area, I welcomed leaving the slider and windows open at night for the balmy cross-breeze. Several islanders told us that July and August are their “bad weather” months due to the heat and humidity. Although the house does not have A/C, there are ceiling fans everywhere and several box fans, which got a good workout during our stay (their white noise also helped drown out the roosters’ crowing). The lanai always had a refreshing breeze and we spent a lot of time out there dining, playing games, relaxing and enjoying the view. Hale Lani Kai’s kitchen is spacious and the pictures don’t do it justice. The open floor plan and island are great for preparing meals, even with several cooks at once. We shopped at Costco as soon as we arrived and the extra-large refrigerator held everything. The powerful blender was great for making frosty beverages and the counter-top docking station/radio was in constant use. The wireless internet was much appreciated for booking The Smith Family Luau (the best!) and researching other things to do, like kayaking the Hanalei River. On July 4th we attended the Concert in the Sky, which Kelly had recommended. What a great family event benefitting Kauai Hospice! Hale Lani Kai’s selection of beach gear is extensive and the close proximity to multiple great beaches and a playground is awesome. We always cut through the vacant lot between the house and the surf shop. The outdoor shower and bench is very convenient when returning home with sandy bodies and salty gear. All of the bathrooms are elegant and spacious. The furnishings are upscale and the home and landscaping are well-maintained. Kelly was easy to work with and helpful. Our entire group enjoyed our stay at Hale Lane Kai very much! We unanimously didn’t want to leave, would love to stay there again and wholeheartedly recommend it!

Amazing location and house.

We loved our stay here. Lanai overlooking beach and park. Bedrooms very nice with comfy beds. Family space great for 7 people.. we loved all the beach things there, chairs, cooler, floaty tubes, water shoes, snorkle and fins. Right next to surf rental shop and 2 restaraunts.

Perfect!

Such a great location. Poipu & Brenneke beach are right across the street, like right there. Great kitchen with all the things you’d need to cook about any kind of meal and nice grill on the lanai. I recommend grabbing your groceries after you leave the airport. Just bring your own tote bags (no plastic bags at the stores). There’s a target, Walmart, Safeway and Costco all there. Puka Dogs make a great smoked sausage (and offer a veggie dog!) and are just down the block. Six beach towels are provided as well as all the soap, shampoo and conditioner you could need.
