Welcome to paradise at South Creek! This gorgeous 4/3 with a private pool and dockage welcomes you with its nautical decor. Enjoy the stunning sunsets/ sunrises from the balcony off of the living room with outside seating.

This property offers a private pool in which can be heated for an additional fee, a propane BBQ, bait freezer, dockage, water/electric at dock, fish cleaning station, wifi, a completely stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and a short bike ride/walk to the beach.

The first floor has the kitchen, living and dining room as well as a full bathroom with tub and a bedroom with a queen sized bed.

The second floor:
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, overlooks the water and has an en suite bathroom with stand up shower and double vanity.

The guest room has a queen sized bed and the 2nd guest room has a bunk bed with a twin and full bed. There is a full bathroom with tub in the hallway for the guest rooms to share.

The Villa is centrally located in the heart of Marathon. Plenty of restaurants, stores, activities (aquarium, dolphin research center, turtle hospital, art studio, fishing charter boats, snorkeling, kite boarding, kayaking, jet skiing), sombrero beach, play grounds, and so much more right here in Marathon.

The layout was great and there was ample room. The home was very clean and parking was easy. The beds were comfortable. The location is great. The cost for pool heat was very expensive, and the place was short on some amenities we expected (towel racks, coffee filters, salt). The place is for sale and we are guessing the owner is not investing any more into the property. Overall we were satisfied.

We were working at the Marathon airport and this was a perfect location. Great places to eat, shopping everything was very close by. The property was extremely clean and had good beds, linens, towels. Well stocked in every way. 100% would stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Marathon

We had a fantastic experience staying at this home in Marathon, Florida. The house was spotless upon arrival — very clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process. They were responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy.The location was perfect to Sombrero Beach, which made beach days super convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing vacation in the Keys.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy Marathon!

Perfect week!

We've stayed at a few VRBO residences in Marathon and this was by far my favorite! The residence was very clean and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed and more! The location is super convenient to many restaurants and grocery stores which makes it easy for a quick run to get supplies. The home is in an ideal location for those with a boat, a quick ride out of the neighborhood and you're ready to fish or enjoy the local restaurants.I reached out to the property manager a couple of times prior to our arrival and once during our stay with a question and she was always very responsive and helpful!I'd highly recommend this residence for those looking to enjoy a vacation in Marathon!

Enjoyed the dock. Was able to pet the manatees, turn on the hose and they will come up and drink, they have to have fresh water every couple of weeks. Close to everything!

Perfect family getaway in the Keys

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean and well equipped in a convenient location. It worked out well for a family getaway with different age groups and interests.

South Creek Villa review

We had a great time, Katie our contact was great in communicating throughout the purchasing, check in, and check out process. The villa was perfect our group which was clean and modern, with super high quality linen and bedding. The villa was only mile from sombero beach and within an hour to Key West.

Excellent choice!

We loved this house and the agent( Katie ) was very personable, efficient and friendly with our requests. This house was immaculate, comfortable, and in the best ,ovation in Marathon for biking, walking to everything like grocery store and bank, and best of all a short bike ride to Sombrero Beach. We would definitely rent again here. Pool was a nice extra and you can fish directly from dock in rear of home.

Great!

We stayed here as 2 families with younger kids. The water access was nice, we could dock the boat and clean up easily. The pool was great to have at the end of the day. Everything was clean and in order. Katie was very responsive when we had questions. We would recommend this property.

Beautiful house in a great location

First, this is a really nice house with nice furnishings and in a great location. You can ride bikes (or walk) to the beach or up to stores. The linens, pillows, and kitchenware definitely need an upgrade. Had not received information on how to access the property by 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival - we were arriving late. Messaged the manager, and she did respond with the info, but this should have done earlier without me having to ask. She also asked at that time if I wanted the pool heated. I had already paid for this several weeks prior. She admitted that it had not been done but would get it heated. Still not heated on the 2nd day, but finally heated on the 3rd day. Did offer to refund $45 for it not being done. Cold front hit Florida while we were there. Heat in the house did not work. Had no heat for 2 days. Was fixed the day before we left. The grill did not work. Had to ask a neighbor to use theirs so we could cook, as it was a holiday and restaurants were closed. Embarassing. This was fixed the day before we left. In my opinion, these are all items that should have been checked prior to our arrival. The pool is nice and they did have beach chairs etc. that you could use. Did see a manatee several times in the canal behind the house, which was awesome.

Close to everything

Property was in a great location near restaurants and small beach area. Furniture was nice and newer looking however each room could use a TV not a huge deal. Had some hairs left on the pillows and sheets which I just washed myself once arriving. Dishes , pots, pans ,and silverware there was plenty for a large family to use but bring your own dish soap and detergent they only supply a small sample size and when staying a week that goes fast. Dock was nice got to see the manatees in the afternoon and pool was a good size for a dip after a hot day but the grass was super high and unkempt. Overall the property was nice and we would come back.

Amazing spring break

This property was perfect for two families on spring break. Very nice home with great pool and dock to fish off of. Very nice location, just down the road from Publix. We also rented bikes and easily biked to restaurants & bars. The property manager was very quick on responses. Would highly recommend this property.
