This location is simply superb. You'll be just a few steps from the sugar-white sands and gentle waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Anglers better pick your best fishing rods and bait–Gulf State Park is less than two miles away for some great fishing. Roof installation project is scheduled to begin on September 6, 2022, and continue through the first week of May, 2023. Balcony access will be restricted at various times throughout the duration of the project. Please contact us for more information.

The lazy river, pool, and grill areas will be closed at various times. Any required amenity closure dates will be shared and posted when confirmed. Temporary beach access will be constructed during pool closure dates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
