Welcome to the Seahorse 30A in lovely Dune Allen Beach, located just off of the famous scenic Highway 30A! This beach getaway is perfect for any vacation, offering a 4- seater golf cart for zipping over to the beach, just two blocks away. This home is perfectly situated minutes to the Gulf of Mexico and nestled among the rare coastal dune lakes.

This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is expansive enough to accommodate a large group and has been professionally designed creating a luxurious escape.Ā 

The first level of this unique beach escape hasĀ open concept living and dining, and a private Master Suite. Before you enter the home, the porch extends along the front of the home offering a place to relax and enjoy the view. Brand new outdoor seating makeĀ for an awesome spot for cocktails and watching the sunset!

The wonderful living space provides ample seating for all guests and a smart flat screen TV for your entertainment. Spend time here gathered around for family game night or movie night. There is a queen- sized pullout couch available for additional sleeping space. Right behind the living area is an elevated dining table situated for four with bar stool seating. The bright and open kitchen offers a wonderful dining space at the large island with seating for up to eight as well as a fully-stocked kitchen wonderful for preparing family meals. There is also a half bath on the main floor.

The back half of the first floor offers a true beach escape with a private Master Suite offering a flat screen TV, King-sized bed, dresser, personal closet space, and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

Located on the second level of the home are the remaining three bedrooms and lounge area. The Queen-sized bedroom is directly behind the top of the stairs and has a flat screen TV, private closet, and en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.

Moving down the hallway you will find another guest bedroom including a Twin over Full sized Bunk Bed and a Trundle Bed underneath. This room is the perfect getaway for the kids! There is storage in the steps of the bunk, private bath with shower/tub combo, and wall-mounted flat screen TV.

The final bedroom on this floor offers a luxurious King-sized bed as well as a wall-mounted flat screen TV and private closet space. In front of this, you will find the second-floor lounge area with a wonderful view and a flat screen TV and access to the second level hall bath that has a shower/tub combo.

There is a second story porch with outdoor seating that is a perfectĀ place to watch sunset over the beach!

If you're looking for a true beach retreat, look no further the Seahorse 30A is the perfect place! This beach escape offers multiple beach accesses within minutes, walking distance away. The Santa Rosa Golf club is a quick car ride away.Ā Conveniently located to lots of great restaurants too!

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age. No pets permitted. We have one security camera that points down the entryway stairs.

This is one of the best properties Iā€™ve ever stayed at on 30A! The beach access is extremely convenient and the golf cart makes it even more convenient. It exceeded our expectations and fit our needs perfectly. We will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely loved our stay!

This was our first time visiting the area and definitely wonā€™t be the last. The house was the perfect location! It was very clean and well taken care of. Having the golf cart was amazing, although it was perfect walking distance to the beach as well. Jessica was quick to answer all of my questions! My family had an amazing vacation and we canā€™t wait to visit the seahorse house again!

Perfect Location! Beautiful beach access!

Jessica was great host! Check In was very easy as she provided great instructions. We loved the access to the beach and the golf cart was a plus! Helpful for our beach chairs and backpack coolers! The home was very spacious and plenty of bathrooms for a family of 10. We ran into an AC issue and Jessica resolved very quickly! Great communication! Access to the beach is only two blocks away. The area is perfect very family friendly.

We have stayed in tons of properties along 30A but this one is by far our fave! It had plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out. We had a blast cruising on the golf cart and it made hauling chairs to the beach a breeze. The property was perfect and we canā€™t wait to come back again next year.

Great house and location. Owner was fantastic from the beginning and communication was top notch! Golf cart made things super easy. Best stay on 30A by far for us in 10 years! Would recommend this house to any one without hesitation.

Exceeded expectations!

We were looking for a place in walking distance from the beach and big enough for our family. Jessicaā€™s place exceeded all expectations. Its spacious, clean and accommodating with bikes and a golf cart as an extra perk. Communicating with Jessica was a breeze and we canā€™t wait to go back!

Great week great house!

Just visited Santa Rosa (first time) and loved the house! Few quirks w cable but Jessica was quick to respond and have the cable company out to repair. The only con was blankets we are a family of blankets on a bed and first time we didnā€™t bring extras and the upstairs hall shower doesnā€™t work properly but other than that no complaints and will rent again!

My family and I live right outside of Nashville, TN and have always loved traveling to 30A. During covid we realized the importance of being able to spend more time with our 4 and 6 years old daughters and purchased the Seahorse house! We run away as much as we can but are happy to share it with you! I have a real estate team in the Middle Tennessee area and my husband works in the spirits industry. We are avid bourbon collectors, foodies and love to travel! If you need a food or bourbon recommendation, we are definitely your people!

We looked at tons of properties but we fell in love with the location of this one! It is conveniently located to Rosemary, Seaside, and Destin but it is out of all the hustle and bustle so you can check out and relax when you want to! You can also take the golf cart to Shunk Gulley's for some of the best oysters around! The beach is never as packed on Dune Allen as the other beaches either. (Don't tell anyone that so it stays that way lol)
