Enjoy some sunshine

Come and experience the most celebrated town in Northwest Florida... Welcome to Destin! Located along the panhandle of Florida, Destin is one of the top vacation locations in the world.

Seascape Resort is located in the prestigious "Beaches of South Walton" on Destin's eastern edge and provides visitors with a relaxing escape and a comfortable atomsphere. Seascape Resort has over 2000 feet of pristine white sandy beach, 300 acres of lush greens and tranquil lakes, on-site 18 hole golf, tennis, 5 swimming pools (2heated), tennis courts, pickleball courts, bike rentals and water sports.

Our tennis villa is located on the ground floor. Each villa has its own carport as well as a private fenced in yard . This villa has been remodeled and professionally decorated and is awaited your visit!

This unit is 1,094 square feet and features a fully stocked kitchen with beautiful marble counter tops and opens to the family room. This unit can comfortably sleep seven to eight adults. Cleaning fee includes per fee for one per. We do allow a 2nd pet with a $50 fee and prior approval. Please select pet fee to pay for the 2nd pet.

Both bedrooms feature king size beds; three additional twin bed are located in both the family and 'bonus' rooms.

The inside dining room seats six people and the patio dining table will seat another six people. Our guest are welcome to use our propane grill on the patio. Please note: guest is responsible for providing the propane.

The beautiful sandy ocean takes a few minutes to walk from our unit. The resort boast five pools. Two heated pools one of which is located near the tennis courts minutes from our villa. The resort has the following amenities are available for our guest to use: Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts and Pickleball Courts. Our villa has outside storage for all your beach chairs and toys!

**Age requirement is 25

Ring security system is utilized on the carport area only. Security System signs are displayed on carport. Notifications to owner are turned off during rental. Video sent to history can be viewed as needed.

This was our third or fourth time staying at this property and the owner takes great care to keep this property nice with improvements each year. They provide plenty of items and space to entertain. The garden is a great space when the temp is right and doubles the size of the unit. We look forward to our next visit!

Great stay

Comfy and convenient!

This was our third time staying in this villa. We loved the upgrades with the patio furniture with the addition of the sunshade. The location is convenient to the beach as well as to the pool where we enjoyed water aerobics each morning. Owner is very attentive and responsive and makes everything easy and welcoming for guests. We look forward to returning.

Great family rental

We took our family of 6 (4 adults, 1 teen, 1 child) and two dogs on this trip and had plenty of space for each of us. The dogs enjoyed being able to walk around on the back patio when the sun was down. We loved the full kitchen and family games as well as the pool. Very friendly neighbors and safe community. We rented a golf cart through seascape which made getting around eaiser due to parking. My only wish is the pass code was shorter or we got to pick it. I had to pull my phone out each time as I couldn’t remember the code. But this really isn’t a negative, as we truly enjoyed our stay. When I had questions or needed help the owners were very prompt and helpful. I highly recommend renting this comfy home.

Close walk to beach

It was sufficient. Per one review we thought there were deeded umbrella/chairs although it did not say in the description. The decor was cute. It definitely was warm even with the doors, blinds, curtains shut at all times. I would worry for the hotter months as we were there in May when it’s cooler in the morning. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. It was nice to have a pool available for the kids and the neighbors were all nice. Close to coffee and shops.

Great beach vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very nice property with comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The host was quick to respond. We had just a short walk to the beach and access to several swimming pools. We were provided with a beach pass that gave us free access to the Seascape beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella each day. Our doggy really enjoyed the freedom to be off leash on the sizable fully enclosed patio. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Relaxing

Very nice stay, comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, host was very fast at responding to any questions and it was a very short walk to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Great week!

This was our 2nd visit to this property. We love the decor. The terrace is wonderful- this year we entertained the whole family (we were rained out last visit). The full-sized grill was great. Nice & quiet at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Best Vacation Home

My family and I were very pleased with this property and it’s location. We were within walking distance to the ocean and the resort had a few nice swimming pools to relax in as well. There was plenty of dinning and shopping nearby. The property manager communicated well. We will like to return to this property in the future.

Fun Getaway

We enjoyed staying at Miramar Beach and this villa was very convenient to all the places we went to. The beach is always beautiful. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the fact that multiple pools were available to us. The owner was very responsive anytime we needed to contact her with questions. We did have an issue with hot water in one of the bathrooms, but we did not contact the owner to have it checked because we used the second bathroom and there was only three of us. So it was no fault of the owner. Overall a wonderful stay. One note - parking is very limited for two vehicles and parking for pick-up trucks at the villa is very, very hard. We had to take two vehicles and could only park one at the villa due to the villa location at the end of the street. Close quarters. But if you have a car or SUV don't let this deter you from booking this villa. You will enjoy staying there. Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home with us.

2nd time in Miramar Beach this year

Great stay and Deborah was fantastic. Only major issue was VRBO junk charges. Never again will I go thru VRBO. I will go straight to the host.

Great Vacation Place

Best Get Away vacation!!

We loved everything about this condo! It’s on a dead end street so it’s very quiet, which was great for our dogs! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the gas grill is a big bonus! I think this is the nicest area in Seascape! The owner is super helpful and makes it all stress free! The pools and tennis courts are right by this condo. It’s a perfect short walk to the beach as well! Honestly we didn’t want to leave after being there for a month!! We have already booked it for next year! So go ahead and get your reservation you will love it!!!!!

Winter Home away from Home

My husband Tyson and I have owned in Seascape since 2005. We previously had a one bedroom/one bath in the Golf Villas. December 2019 we were able to obtain this two bedroom/two bath in the Tennis Villas. We as well as our Scottie’s just love Seascape and are happy to share our vacation villa with future renters.

We love the privacy the tennis villas offer our guest. It is great to park under the carport and arrive right at our front door. Our Scotties enjoy the fenced in backyard and we enjoying grilling out and entertaining our friends.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Private fenced in back yard is a must for any pet owner. We love driving right up to our unit and always having parking. The carport keeps our car cool. We love the fact the unit is so quite. This tennis villa is it's own oasis.
