Beautiful bright and airy 2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking a peaceful lagoon. Only a few minutes walk to the beach! Our brightly decorated, roomy, condo is delightful! Have coffee on the balconyand enjoy the lagoon and turtles and a pretty view! Comfortable furnishings and pretty, clean bathrooms await you. Take advantage of our fully stocked kitchen with anything you may need.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort (hhibeachandtennis.com) at 40 Folly Field Rd is one of the largest beach front resorts on the island! Our huge pool sits beside our outdoor oceanfront restaurant/bar, you will enjoy music, drinks and good food. Two more popular restaurants - Gatorz pizza and Coconut Sports bar with large screen TVs for sports events and pool tables = are also onsite. Our Resort offers tennis and pickleball courts - free rental with reservations- onsite bike rentals, many bike trails, playground, summer activities, fitness center, laundry facilities, grills. Enjoy poolside fun Mon-Fri through the summer season, including displays from the Coastal Discovery Museum, games for children, outdoor movies, and more.

More details: child friendly with a pack n play if needed, several beach chairs and an umbrella are provided; beach chairs and umbrellas already set up are available to rent. A wonderful go-to place to enjoy while exploring all of the amenities that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

Relax knowing we have 24 hour security, lighted property with guarded check-in for all guests. A free Trolley stops right on Folly Field Rd and will take you all around the Island during the summer season. The Island has a lighthouse, many (over 250) outstanding restaurants, renowned golf and tennis courses, several marinas with all types of boats, cruises, kayaks, fishing. Not to mention shopping, parks, trails and side trips.

NOTE: Animals are NOT allowed; only properly documented service animals MAY be allowed IF documents are submitted and approved by Resort at least two weeks prior to your visit.

Great week!

We loved our week here- the condo was a great location, close to golf, restaurants, and activities and it had everything we needed. The pool and beach were close enough to walk and not crowded. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with our morning coffee and looking for “Charlie” the alligator. It was clean and comfortable - a great place to relax and enjoy!

Everything you could need!

Condo was clean, comfortable and exactly as listed, maybe better! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything. A balcony with a nice view of the fountain and resident alligator. Pickle ball and tennis courts. Easily walk to the beach or the huge pool. Host had beach chairs! Thank you! Onsite restaurant and close to area restaurants and shopping! Would definitely stay again!

Family vacay

This is our second year staying at Hilton head Island Beach and tennis resort but first time with this unit. It was fixed up so cute and super clean and the bed arrangements work out great for our kids. We were lucky Enough to get the unit right next-door for the rest of us and so that was super convenient as well.

Great place

We stayed over Christmas break and the unit was very clean, well maintained, and perfect for a family of four. We would definitely stay here again, and it will be on our short list of units anytime we go back to Hilton Head!

Perfect condo for a getaway

Almost Perfect

Thank you for allowing my family to use the property to celebrate my sister’s birthday! We had a blast. The only small issue we had was the oven not being clean, but we mainly used the stovetop for Saturday breakfast and enjoyed Hilton Head cuisine so it wasn’t a huge problem. I would definitely stay again

Family vacation

Overall it was a nice place. We couldn’t find any sheets for the pull out couch and there was hair on the sheets/pillowcases. The walk to the beach was as stated in description and the beach was very clean and nice. We couldn’t get the tv to connect to the internet in the main bedroom. The kids enjoyed watching the alligators and turtles in the lagoon behind the condo. We traveled with several big suitcases so it was a bit of a challenge finding space for them. One suggestion would be some type of beach wagon to carry supplies too and from the beach and a soft sided cooler for drinks and snacks. Laundry is on the property but it was about a 5 minute walk from the condo and coat 6$ to wash and dry a load. All in all it was a good set up and we enjoyed our time. The property was nice and very quiet. We ate dinner out most nights and the condo was located about 15 minutes from most places we went.

Relaxing Fun in the Sun!

We enjoyed staying in this nicely decorated clean condo and would defiantly stay here again. The only issue we encountered was due to an unhelpful clerk when checking in. After 15 - 20 minutes a Manager rectified the issue. *One of the owners had kindly returned my call within this time period to make sure all was taken care of. Outside of this, we had a wonderful time.

Great time.

We had a wonderful trip. The condo was exactly like the pics. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the walk to the beach was longer than I expected. It was about 5 min from the condo to the beach. The condo was back toward the trees and not in the 3 Y shaped units like I thought the picture explained. We ended up enjoying it back there near the pond but the walk to the beach was hot and something we had to get use to. Overall we would stay here again.

Quick family getaway

Family celebration for end of school year and launch of summer vacation. Perfect for our family of 5 with easy access to beach and short walk or drive to shopping, food, and entertainment. Great place to stay!!!! Nice place to relax.

this was perfect for us and our young grandchildren, if I had a criticism I would say I wished it were a little closer to the pool/beach as our 3 and 5 yr olds were getting weary of the walk.

A Comfy Condo

The area was nice, and it was close to the beach. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything you could need. I would absolutely being my family here again.

Great Rental

Very clean and current. Everything was so nice and the location was great! Enjoyed the lagoon each morning for coffee and watching for wildlife. With three people for four nights we did not want for anything. However if you have more people and stay a week remember to bring soap and possibly detergent to launder towels.

Absolutely perfect!

We had an amazing week in this unit! It’s newly renovated, super cute and a great location! We loved watching the turtles and alligator each day in the lagoon from our deck. Just a short walk to the beach, exactly 0.2miles, although we usually just drove over and parked since had were carrying beach chairs, there was always a super close spot open for parking just outside the pool and the beach. Loved having the beach bar open during the day for cocktails! Our 11yr old enjoyed shooting basketball near the park. Thanks for having such a beautiful and well kept unit!

Hilton Head is a delightful island! This is the perfect resort - actually the entire island! - for families, couples, friend trips - is affordable and has wonderful amenities right inside the resort!

We think a great benefit of this resort is not only the affordability but the fact that it truly is family friendly with on site playground, tennis courts, bike rentals, outdoor grills, large pool with kiddie pool, ice cream and snow cones at the pool during summer sesaon - delicious meals at the poolside restaurant/bar and the largest beach front on the island!
