Great place to stay!

Loved our time at the condo! Everything was excellent, from check in to check out, staff was amazing. View is spectacular!!!! We will be back this fall!!

Great stay

Unit was very well appointed and very clean. The beach was beautiful and and very family friendly. Very convenient and would definitely recommend.

Easy. Laid-back. Fun!

Had a great getaway. Amazing ocean view. The condo was perfect and everything we needed was on hand. The customer service was very attentive.

Heat/AC ducts very dirty. Both bathroom fans very noisy and full of dirt. Rental was otherwise clean and well maintained. The view was great and all appliances and cookware were good.

Friends get away

The building is a little dated, but the condo is perfect! The rooms are nice sized, it’s right in the beach and in a good location to get to the grocery store and lots of restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Great location.

Property is right on the beach. Great ocean views. The place was quite. The condo was properly stocked with cleaning supplies, towels and information about the place and attractions nearby.

Great Family Get Away

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is very convenient to the beach and property pool of course, but its a short drive to the park, cute places to eat as well as the adorable downtown Amelia Island. We will be back again next year!

Beautiful Sunrises as Advertised

First trip to Amelia but hope to return soon and would definitely stay here again. Condo comfortable and very clean. Everything you need in kitchen though we didn't use it much!Balcony and the view were awesome.

Wonderful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, attractive condo. Loved being on the 4th floor--easy walk up when we didn't want to use the elevator. Looked just like the pictures. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view , great pool

Pictures are accurate! Right on the beach with a great view. The pool is big and nice. Only negative comment is that the condo was quite dusty, seemed to need a bit better cleaning.

A Haven at the Beach

Our visit was so wonderful ! The condo had everything we needed and more! It was great being close to the beach and pool since we had two grandchildren with us. The condo was spacious and comfortable! Another visit would be welcomed in our future!

Perfect beach getaway!

We loved this beautifully updated and spacious condo. Located right on the beach, the view was amazing. It was open and airy and perfect for two couples on a four day beach getaway! It is a quick drive to our beloved downtown Fernandina as well as you some of our favorite beachside restaurants. We will definitely be back and hopefully for an even longer stay !

Very cute and nicely equipped condo! We love staying in this building and would definitely choose this unit again. The property management was the most communicative and friendly we have dealt with in the past 15 years of staying in the island! Thanks again!

Short vacation with friends celebrating anniversaries.

This is an amazing rental everything was exactly what we expected and was as listed. The kitchen has everything you could ever want. Now let's talk about the view "WOW!!! Just Wow" it's amazing and the sunrises beautiful.
