"All About the View" is a stunning 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath St John vacation rental with huge views over the BVI and beyond. Easy access just 5 minutes from Maho Bay with a Pool, private Baths, WIFI and all of the amenities. This mountain top gem is the perfect 2 bedroom rental. Big views of Coral Bay, Hurricane Hole, The East End and beyond to all of the British Virgin Islands. Modern and tasteful, spotlessly clean and bright with azure ocean views spilling into every room.
This private stunning St John vacation retreat is ideal for two couples or small families with private baths, a full cooks kitchen and a great pool surrounded by a coral stone pool deck. The location is one of the closest to the amazing Virgin Islands National Park with Maho Bay only 5 minutes away. The shady lower porch has two hanging chairs for reading and relaxing and the gas grill is ready next to the hammock for the perfect afternoon after the beach.
This house is known for its iconic view, but despite it’s name, there is more to it. Smooth travertine barefoot floors, modern fully stocked kitchen, tasteful furnishings, premium linens, fast WIFI, a great pool, washer and dryer, AC in the bedrooms, beach towels and beach chairs provided and satellite TV.

This is such an amazing place, a private gate entrance into a small parking lot that can fit 3 cars. The house was absolutely beautiful and the view is something amazing. The private pool with the breathtaking view of the carribean was a great addition to our stay! We will definitely come back and spend another week here. If this is your first time to the USVI this is a must, the property managers helped us fine a place for groceries, brought us to the house and gave us a tour. There guide for the area was also excellent, much better then anything you can find online or even at the air port.

If you want an epic view with a short drive to world-class beaches, this is the place for you. The house was perfect for my three and five year old children. We will be staying again.

My family and I loved our stay at all about the view! It was a clean and comfortable house tucked away off of Centerline Road with an amazing view! The pool was the cherry on top!

Perfect Location

The property is located between Maho Bay and Coral bay so it's a perfect location. Great sunrises over Coral Bay harbor from the deck. The house was clean, great pool, beach chairs, cooler etc...all the things you need for a day out.

A Piece of Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the views from the decks are breath taking. Communications with Jared, Keri and Markee were fast and easy. We didn't want to leave but we will definitely be back!

All About the View was perfect for our trip. 2 couples, each had their own bedroom on their own level. The view everyday was great. Nice breeze each day. Weather was perfect all week. The house is nicely stocked with all the essentials we needed for the week to cook and relax at the house. The laundry and the pool bathrooms were super convenient to have outside by the pool. The porches all have seating to take in the view from wherever you choose to sit. We rented a jeep and made the trip from the beach to the house in 10-15 mins each way. It was just right. Not too close and not too far. Off Centerline Rd so always on pavement. We didn't ever use or felt like we should have used 4WD like some residences on the island. The house had a nice Weber grill that worked great as well. We grilled out a couple nights and had everything we needed to do so. the house had a greeter meet us and let us in the gate, and after that and a brief run down we were all set for the week. I would definitely recommend All About the View and Would stay here again as well. St John was dreamy and perfect. No crowds, lines, traffic were all nice. Looking forward to visiting St John again soon.

endless views lived up to it’s name!! love all the ways to relax from the swinging chairs, hammock, & spectacular view from the pool/deck 😍. the villa has everything you need. loved that the bedrooms were on separate levels & separate entrance.

Quiet retreat close to Maho Bay sea turtles!

My family of 5 (including 3 daughters 8-14) had a fabulous stay at All About the Views. The location was quiet yet convenient to either Cruz Bay or Coral Bay. We loved how close we were to the north beaches, and while we enjoyed Trunk Bay snorkeling, our favorite was just 5 minutes from the house--Maho Bay. We swam with the sea turtles multiple days. We had great communication before and during the rental, and the house was absolutely beautiful and well appointed. We'd definitely stay again!

Relaxing

It’s St John; how can anything ever less then spectacular? The house was exactly as pictured. Breathtaking views of Coral Bay and Bordeaux Mountain. Pool was relaxing and the outdoor shower was refreshing. The check in/ check out process was easy and property manager was helpful and always available. The property worked well for 4 adults. Highly recommend it.

Peaceful Villa with Views!

We are so happy we chose this villa for our stay in St. John. The views are incredible and so peaceful, especially from the pool and balconies. The property is beautiful, maintained well, and private. It is also mostly centrally located on the island which makes travel to the different beaches and restaurants easy, and it has an easily accessible driveway (which we noticed isn't the case for many other houses on the island). The villa itself is clean, modern, and has all the amenities and supplies we needed. There were also small touches like fresh flowers that made the place feel welcoming. Communication with the hosts was also convenient and pleasant. We highly recommend this place and will highly likely be back!

We'll be back!

Just got back from a week trip here and it was an unbelievable trip and property. Everything from the check-in process, to the amenities, to the check out process was seamless and everything we wanted. You can't beat the view or the beautiful breeze from the deck after a hot day. The beds were super comfortable and the property itself felt very welcoming, safe, and comfortable. My family and I are already thinking of returning next year and would 100% return here. The house is equipped with everything you need including a washer/dryer and a very very private outdoor shower where you can still see the view. Well done with this property, glad we found it!!

“All About the View” is not an exaggeration!!

We have stayed in several villas in this area of STJ and this is the first that we want to rebook. AATV is beautifully furnished, provisioned well and so comfortable for two couples. We spent a great deal of time on the covered porch overlooking Coral Bay and beyond to the BVI’s…amazing. We had grown accustomed to steep scary driveways in other villas, but what a delightful change to pull right in off the main road on a flat drive! Property management was also exceptional and readily available (thank you for your help Keri!) Two rather minor negatives that will certainly not keep us from rebooking…1) master bath is right off the main living area rather than connected directly to the bedroom 2) our guests said the lower level bedroom had a very uncomfortable mattress. Overall, we were super pleased with our stay at AATV and can’t wait to return!!

Best family vacation ever!!!!!

My family of 4 had the perfect stay at this beautiful villa! All About the View had everything we needed for our vacation. The views are incredible along with the constant breeze. Maho is only 8 minutes away while Trunk Bay/Cruz Bay is a short 15-20 minute Jeep ride. We slept very well which is not common on vacations. I already miss the rooster in the morning, birds chirping, and the friendly lizards/frogs. The grill was perfect for hamburgers/hotdogs and the kitchen was well stocked. My wife and I both agreed that the morning coffee was exceptional while changing up our morning view every day. The pool was refreshing after a long beach day and the swinging hammocks added an extra touch. Jared's team did a great job communicating and we had a very smooth check-in. Check out was a little hectic as we lost power which seems to be common on St. John. Overall, we could not have asked for a better family friendly villa!

All about the View - was the perfect getaway !

There were four in our party - for a stay for two weeks. We didn't want to leave. The communication with property manager was spot on, we were met as soon as the car got off the barge, brought to the house by Markee who was the sweetest. She gave us lots of information. House was Clean, Beds were comfy, Kitchen had everything we could need. We even grilled a couple of nights. Location is perfect 10 - 15 min to everything you need, beach - out to eat spots - grocery. Waking up to the sunrise over coral bay was amazing. It was peaceful and quiet and we loved listening to the birds. The pool was an extra added luxury we thoroughly enjoyed. After a long day at the beach, it was nice to just lounge pool side. The bedrooms were split which gave both couples plenty of privacy, each having their own bathroom. Everything was just so perfect. We definitely will be coming back again.

Marvelous villa retreat

Book it! My husband and I just spent a wonderful week here with our best friends. It’s perfect for two couple with the two primary suites and we never tired of the gorgeous view. The communication with the entire booking team was incredible and they were responsive to the simplest questions leading up to our trip and also while on the island. The location is not walkable to town, but is about a 5 minute drive to Coral Bay and about 15-20 to Coral Bay. Not a big deal because you’ll want a jeep anyway to check out the numerous snorkeling spots amidst the beautiful beaches. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, ac in the bedrooms at night and the perfect landing spot for your St John trip!

All About the View

We just completed our stay at All About the View and had a great time. The villa is beautifully decorated and conveniently located on Centerline Rd with gated access. The views truly are incredible and the breeze is constant. The kitchen is well equipped if you’re planning on cooking and the beds are very comfortable. The villa was a little smaller in reality than expected but a great size for a party of four adults with two king master bedrooms. The management team were great to communicate with and quick to address needs. The deck gives several different seating options including a pub height patio table for four, Adirondack chairs on both floors, swinging hammock chairs, and lounge chairs by the pool. The villa is conveniently located between Cruz Bay and Coral Bay and only minutes away from the beaches. Maho is the closest beach and about 5 minutes away from door to parking lot. The one disappointment was the water pressure. If a toilet was flushed, the dishwasher ran, or the laundry machine running there was no water pressure available. There was sufficient water pressure to do one thing at a time but not enough to do two things. If water was being pulled from one source often times no water was available from another source. Perhaps it’s a product of the location of the villa or perhaps something which could’ve been adjusted by the management team. We chose not to inquire about it because we just staggered showers and chores. There is another villa next door less than 100’ away. There were times or neighbors were noisy but that’s to be expected on vacation. I would highly recommend this villa for your next trip to St John.

That view!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in St. John. It was perfect for our needs. We were warmly welcomed by Clare and from there on our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The villa is well appointed and everything was clean and in good working order.

Great house!

Spacious, comfortably furnished and great view of Coral Bay and beyond. The two bedrooms are very private. Great for two couples. You can hear some traffic in the morning but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Wonderful holiday getaway

We loved the property. We visited over the Christmas holiday and it had everything we needed. The property itself was incredibly comfortable with great layout that allowed our family to spread out. We also found it very conveniently located to the best beaches on the island -- we would love to return!

Excellent location, villa, and view

This was our first time staying at this villa. It was very, very nice, clean, convenient, and equipped. They had everything that we needed and more as far as amenities, cooking wear, beach chairs, ice chests, etc. It is in the middle of the jungle so it can be a bit loud at night. If you are a light sleeper, better bring noise maker for your bedroom. Other than that, it is a wonderful property and we will certainly stay there again. The Management company is also very accommodating, flexible, and responsive.

Amazing view - wonderful experience

The villa is fantastic. The pool is so refreshing. Would definitely recommend. Check in was a little off-putting. Several comments were made about not taking items (like the gate opener and Bluetooth speaker, for instance) which felt trashy. Maybe they’ve had bad guests before us. The cabinets need a deep clean. Aside from those issues, the place was clean and was stocked well enough. You just can’t compare anything to this view. I would highly recommend this place with minimal critique.
