AMAZING VIEWS - Seaclusion is a SECOND TIER, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home that is perfectly positioned at the corner of Sawgrass and Morgan Lakes Drive. This custom 2 story cottage has spacious decking where you can unwind while watching the waves and listening to the sounds of the surf. The beach boardwalk is a convenient 1 minute walk and one of the neighborhood pools is just a short walk around the corner.

From the moment you walk through the front door of Seaclusion, you will know that you are not on just another beach vacation. You have come home to a place that openly embraces the enchantment of the Gulf Coast . The decor of the living and dining areas are soothing and the furnishings are inviting. A full kitchen awaits you should you choose to prepare simple meals or a 5 star feast! A 65" curved Samsung 4K LED TV provides a theatre like experience in the den while simultaneously enjoying amazing Gulf views.

There is a lovely master King bedroom with full en-suite bath on the main level with walk in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. There is also a nicely appointed half bath and Laundry room on this level. The two large balconies are the perfect spot to catch the sunset or stargaze in the evening.

On the second level you'll discover a large, queen bedroom, and a full bath. There is also a charming bedroom with a full over full bunk bed, a twin trundle, and a separate twin daybed.

All of the bedrooms have flat screen TV’s and amazing water views!

Morgantown is a unique neighborhood with pastel colored homes, two swimming pools, lighted tennis courts and two community beach access boardwalks. You'll enjoy walking and biking through this family friendly community and are sure to make a return visit.

Overall good, could have been cleaned with more attention to detail. Said sleeps 13 but one set of bunk beds is in master bedroom closet. Luckily we had a no show and it worked out.

Loved the house and how close it was to the beach. Golf cart made it easy to get around and to the pool. Recommend going to Sassy Bass for good food on the beach.

Wonderful home

Highly recommend booking this lovely home!! Everything about our stay was wonderful from check in to check out . The home is very beautiful, clean, rooms as described & the location is very peaceful. The golf cart was a great add to our package to get to & from beach. We will be staying again in the near future. To the host, Thank you for a great mini vacation with our family!

Great family fun

We scheduled spring break trip to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, my grandson’s 7th birthday and my granddaughter’s 1st birthday. Home was in a great location close to beach and pool. The golf cart was a great addition in getting from house to pool and beach with the littles. The area is family oriented. Owners replied immediately when asked questions. We are already discussing our next trip back here.

Nice place, here's some more info

I gave it five stars because it delivers on what is described. Also the host responds fairly quickly. But here's what isn't clearly written. That triple bunk is actually in the closet of the master bedroom. So if mum and dad want some privacy... Forget it.You may pack a few of your own towels, there weren't enough unless you combined the beach towels and bath towels. We also donated a pack of dish rags to the place. We rented the golf cart but unfortunately the charger didn't work and they couldn't replace it in time so we got a refund on that. Thats an easy fix. The place was clean with two exceptions... There was a slight vape or weed smell Outside two of the doors when we arrived . But it was gone after we popped a bag of popcorn. Also don't look in-between the cracks of the couches, eww. But the floors were in good shape and our bedrooms/bathrooms were pretty clean.Last heads up, they provide one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels. So when you run out, you're out! That was not a pleasant surprise.All in all it was a nice place but I hope others can benefit from theses disclosures that we didn't have.

Location amazing!

My family had a wonderful stay! Corey was so helpful and attentive to all of our questions and the house is just gorgeous! The beach is stellar and uncrowded. I would definitely stay there again!

Great Beach Vacation

This home was perfect for our family! The golf cart made getting to the beach and pool effortless in the heat. The house had plenty of space and supplies. Great place to stay!

Wonderful home and stay

We loved the house. The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed our visit. The area under the home with the table was a nice place to hang out on the rainy day.

Winter Break

Great beautiful home, sits in a quiet area, very peaceful. Each room was set up nicely, each room was clean and very comfortable. Close to the beach and does have a Golf Cart that works and stays charged. The porch swing off the master bedroom was nice to have, especially at night when you want to hear the ocean. The master bathroom is a dream and loved the claw bathtub. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. When you check in, don't panic, the tvs do work, you just have to plug the dish network system in. The only negative thing, I have to say, is it needs pots and pans to cook with, it did have 2 pots and a frying pan. Did have some baking sheets, other then that, a fully functional kitchen, did have a regular coffee pot and a Keurig, which was a plus, we do a regular coffee pot. Everyone in the community was nice, over all great clean beautiful place. The beach was great as well. One other note..if your new to the area, it is about 20 mins from a real grocery store. Rouses is a great grocery store on the corner behind Burger King in the shopping center.

Wonderful, Beautiful Stay

Stayed here with my husband and pup. House was clean and we enjoyed the ocean views! Especially from the swinging chair on the back porch! Beach was a very short walk away. We loved it so much we extended to stay another night. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Soap, paper towels and laundry detergent were low when we got there so maybe be sure to bring that just incase :) or you might need to stop at store.

Great location for a quiet family getaway

We enjoyed the pools and the beach. We were disappointed that the property wasn’t cleaner and better maintained. We had small children so they played on the floor a lot. The living room rug was filthy. We located a vacuum but it was cheap and didn’t seem to help much. We vacuumed several times, took the vacuum apart and cleaned it but still felt like it wasn’t very clean. We also noticed that the air conditioner seemed to run constantly. We looked at the filters and they were disgustingly dirty. Luckily there were new filters in the closet so we replaced them. With a thorough cleaning and periodic maintenance, this would be a great place to stay. I noticed that there have been similar comments in the past. We had issues with the golf cart as well and the owner sent someone out to address the problem. We felt like the home should have been cleaned before we arrived and we shouldn’t have to clean up other peoples dirt to feel comfortable staying there. Please take this seriously for future renters.

Love the house

We had an amazing stay ferry to dophi. Island is really close and that was on of the best part's of our stay the beach is really close to the house love the views from the house my kids had lot's of fun will be back soon.

Great place

This house was great for our group of 5 & had all the amenities we needed for the week. We used the golf cart for daily trips to the beach, but it is also only about a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach access. The hosts were communicative and easy to reach and left detailed instructions for everything. This house is a good distance from most things in Gulf Shores, but not far from several small stores for ice, groceries, or other necessities. Would stay here again.

Needs a deep clean

The house in general was a great location and floor plan but the house was very dirty. The walls and door frames were extremely dirty, towels were sour smelling, linens all were stained and the quilts very dirty. The washer also had tons of mold in it. The coffee pot I had to scrub mold out of it. Also the kitchen could be better stocked. Dining chairs were held together with zip Ties so we couldn’t use some of the chairs. Also the neighbor across the street (who lives there and is part of the HOA) yelled at our kids on more than one occasion.

Peaceful

The property location was excellent for our family 3 children 4 adults. Very short distance to the ocean, dwelling was clean and welcoming, adequate amenities and presented as seen in the photos. We did a lot of onshore fishing while vacationing here at the local beach. As well, there are zero commercial businesses present which is great for individuals wanting to escape the norm and keep everything as simple possible. Hosts were very responsive and clear in their communication. Note: The large pool located behind the tennis courts was out of service, notified the host of the issue. I highly recommended this vacation home.
