The Honua Kai bell team is happy to assist with guest luggage, but for liability reasons they do not offer carts out and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. If the underground parking garage is full, guests are welcome to park in any unmarked spot on the resort parkway, or in the self-park lot across from the Hokulani Tower. If the underground parking garage is full, guests are welcome to park in any unmarked spot on the resort parkway, or in the self-park lot across from the Hokulani Tower. The Honua Kai intends to reinstate their valet services in the future, which will alleviate some parking concerns. We also apologize if you found the kitchen lacking. We have notified our housekeeping team to ensure the cookware and utensils are at par. Our standard is to provide a bottle of olive oil along with salt & pepper grinders and are happy to provide extras like foil and plastic wrap upon request. For more ice, guests are welcome to use the industrial ice machine in the parking garage. In the future, please don't hesitate to reach out as we would be more than happy to address kitchen shortages and extra requests while you are in-house. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to reclean the home after your arrival. We will regrout the shower and clean the drapes in the next opening. We found that the water dispenser was in the off position, but otherwise working well. Your stay came at the end of Easter and spring break, and we understand the frustration with the crowded pools. We are sincerely sorry that your experience had you leave us early for Wailea and hope that our management’s offering after your departure alleviated some disappointment and augmented your Wailea stay.
