The hot tub is professionally maintained and available year-round.
The fire pit area is around the shed on the right side of the house. The chairs are in the plastic chest near the fire pit.
Out of respect, and to avoid disturbing our neighbors, please refrain from loud music and noise at night.

When disposing garbage bags in the designated trash bins outside, please be mindful to ensure that the can lids, and the doors and roof are securely latched closed to keep the animals out.
