The Space:
Enjoy beautiful Gulf of Mexico views and proximity and easy access to the beach at Sunny Daze. This comfortable duplex beach retreat is located off North Cape San Blas Road and is only 57 steps to the beach and within easy walking distance of the Trading Post, an ice cream stand, and fresh donuts in the mornings. This is one of the earlier constructions on the cape, but both bathrooms and the kitchen have been completely renovated. There are great views of the gulf from the open deck and almost every room in the house.


The spacious main living area is on the first level of the unit and includes a sofa, love seat, swivel chairs, a flat screen, smart television and an electric fireplace.


The dining room has seating for 6, and the kitchen has a bar with additional seating for four. The kitchen is well-equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more!

Also on the main level are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, a smart television and a private bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The guest bathroom is opposite the second bedroom and has a combination tub/shower.


Ascending to the second level is an enclosed bedroom with a Queen bed, vanity and day bed.


The outdoor deck has a polywood picnic table and additional Adirondack seating. The gulf views are perfect for any meal or hanging out with family and friends.


The washer and dryer are located in a utility room under the house, which is perfect for starting your laundry immediately after a long day at the beach. There’s an outdoor shower under the house for rinsing off.

Property upgrades have recently been made, full kitchen renovation and upstairs loft haven been enclosed into a third private queen bedroom. More upgrades are in progress and new pictures will be coming soon!

Sunny Daze is a non-smoking unit, and is NOT pet friendly.


Note: Keep in mind internet access on the cape can be a challenge and intermittent outages occur. Cellular telephone reception on the cape can be spotty. Email for limitations and more information.

The Loggerhead Run Bike Path is an eight-mile trail on Cape San Blas that runs the length of the Cape from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to Salinas Park along Hwy 30E/Cape San Blas Road, and is great for walking, jogging or biking and is just on the main road up from the unit.
