This property was excellent. It was the perfect size for two couples. Plenty of room and king size beds were a key. John and Mary had covered every detail and our stay could not have been nicer. We will be renting this property again. Thanks for having us.

Loved our stay. Our host was wonderful, provided so many thoughtful items from coffee, toiletries including toothpaste, toothbrushes, and fire starter logs for the fireplace. Additionally, when our check in was delayed due to the fact the previous renters did not leave in a timely basis, and the maids were still cleaning when we arrived, our host gave us another night free. Truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property.

Hands down THE best rental property we’ve ever stayed in. Mr. John is an exceptional host. He was so gracious and kind when we needed to arrive early due to a hurricane coming through. He made sure we had everything we needed. We were traveling with our 3 young kids and the rental had so many games, toys and outdoor equipment for them to play with. Everything was clean and cozy. Felt like home away from home.

Host thought of all that would make stay seamless. We also loved that the Coffee bar was fully stocked to get us started in the morning. Firefly lodge was cozy, spotless, nicely decorated and location was amazing. Basket with wine and goodies with note was very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again and recommend Firefly lodge to friends. Thank you

A really nice house nestled in the hills. The prepoerty had everything we needed and was very clean. Instructions were clear for everything, The views from the back deck (which has an outdoor (real) fireplace were stunning. We will definitely return!

A wonderful stay at Firefly Lodge!

Great stay!

John was great with communication, and we sure enjoyed his townhouse. It had lots of extras and was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the back deck.

We had a wonderful stay at Firefly Lodge! We loved the color of the sunrise over the mountains out the back windows, the prompt responses from John the couple times we had questions, the well-stocked kitchen (everything you could possibly need to cook and bake on vacation!), lots of game options, and the beds were very comfortable. Zero complaints! Beautiful home!

We had a fantastic stay! The owner communicated promptly and clearly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was wonderful—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for our visit. From the little details to the overall setup, it truly felt like a home away from home. Firefly Lodge was a most comfortable retreat for a month. The host could not have been more accommodating and the unit was stocked with everything one could imagine or want. It is nestled in the trees at the very top of the property with an open area nearby for walking.

Relaxing and Enjoyable - Highly Recommend

Our entire trip from booking to check out was great! The place is well stocked and prepared for your stay. The owner was responsive and accommodative. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences we have had on VRBO.

Absolutely Great

This was a 3 week stay at the most clean, appointed, and equipped VRBO ever!! John, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout and willing to help at any time. Loved it so much we are doing 5 weeks next year.....

Firefly Lodge Trillium

I would give more stars if possible! A lovely home in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Very clean and lots of attention to detail to make guests comfortable. The owners were very attentive and welcoming. By far the best vacation home we have found anywhere!

It was one of the best experiences we have had with a VRBO. They have thought of everything and truly feels like home away from home. The patio was my favorite! The cool crisp air was magical. We didn’t get to use the fire place because we had to leave a lot for wedding festivities. If we are in the area again we will definitely be back. I shared few pics from patio

Firefly Lodge

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Firefly Lodge. The property itself was wonderful, and had everything we needed. The owners went above and beyond to provide all the comforts of home. We were able to enjoy rafting, swimming holes, waterfalls, and boating all within an hour’s drive or less. We would highly recommend this property and plan to return again next year! We would not hesitate to rent from John and Mary again!
