Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.

This gorgeous condo boasts beautiful laminate flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathrooms and kitchen, cozy carpet in the bedrooms, ceiling fans and plenty of lighting. In the loft-style upstairs bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a tv with a roku remote, beautiful bedside tables with modern lamps, a dresser, and a walk-in closet. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, separate toilet room, jet tub, and a vanity for extra storage! The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a cozy arm chair, a tv with a roku remote, beautiful side tables, and an electric fireplace! There is dining space that seats 4, plus seating for 2 at the built in kitchen island. The large sized kitchen boasts plenty of storage and butchers block countertops. There is a 4 burner glass cooktop, oven, apartment sized fridge, 12 cup coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tools for cooking and serving. The large downstairs bathroom offers a tiled shower/bath tub combo, toilet, and a beautiful vanity with granite countertop and lots of storage. The master bedroom displays a beautiful king size bed with a cozy cottage vibe, modern bedside tables, luggage rack, extra fan, plenty of storage and a tv. In the downstairs coat closet you will find the bedding for the sleeper sofa, iron and ironing board. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 2 person seating and table arrangement on the balcony, which provides a stunning view of the Bridge! No need to worry about privacy, the curtains close fully.

We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you bring your little one.

Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

From unit 205 you can easily walk to Bridge Street shops, restaurants, coffee houses, galleries, and the waterfront, including Round Lake, the marina, the Pine River Channel, and the iconic drawbridge. Many guests appreciate being able to park on site and enjoy a walk to everything stay, then return to a quiet, cozy condo to relax after a day exploring the area or enjoying the Lake Michigan beach and pier. Our housekeeping and property care teams work hard to keep each suite very clean, well maintained, and welcoming on arrival, with the in room essentials that make a stay easy and stress free. Guests also enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a practical kitchen or kitchenette, and access to the indoor and outdoor pool areas and hot tub depending on the season. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy to access; condo in very good shape/clean. We found everything we needed. Easy parking. Front desk staff very helpful, as a glitch prevented me getting email details. I was able to talk to a live person on a Sunday morning!!!! Excellent location to our event and good food.

The location of this property cannot be beat, we were within a few minutes walk of downtown, restaurants, and the beach. The pool was great for our daughter and we appreciated the cozy beds. Would definitely return here if we are able to visit Charlevoix again!

Lovely condo within easy walking distance of downtown Charlevoix. Well-equipped Full kitchen, comfortable mattresses and furniture. Good lighting, Convenient parking. Communications with management wasn’t the greatest as the office closed early evenings. Lots of noise from the busy traffic but it quieted down at night. Perfect for 2 adult couples so long as stairs don’t pose a problem. We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The price was very reasonable for all the space and convenience.

Each unit at Pointes North Inn is individually owned and professionally managed by Northern Michigan Escapes, and we take pride in ensuring every suite is well-equipped, clean, and ready for guests to feel right at home. It’s great to know that your unit met expectations for space, comfort, and value, especially for two adult couples enjoying time in beautiful Northern Michigan. We appreciate your feedback regarding communication and our front desk hours. While the office does close in the early evening, our management team is reviewing ways to make after-hours communication even more accessible so guests can easily reach assistance when needed. Your comments will help us continue improving our service and guest experience. We’re also glad the traffic noise lessened at night, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing stay. Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was just as described. Clean, comfortable furnishings and a great location to downtown.

Anniversary weekend

So close to places to eat and drink! Fun to watch the drawbridge go up! Very clean and had everything we needed! We would go back!

Stayed here for a wedding and the walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants was perfect! Really enjoyed our stay!!
