New to VRBO and newly updated, second floor, beachfront condo just footsteps from the sand and water. This 2 BR/2BA condo has all you could need for your beach getaway. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Kitchen has a breakfast bar and separate dining table. Living area has ample seating and a 75 inch smart tv. Each bedroom has it's own bath (shower only)and television. Other amenities include central heat and air, full size washer and dryer, designated parking area, private deck and screened porch with unobstructed views of the beach and gulf. Guests will need to provide their own incidentals and beach toys and chairs. We will have a starter rolls of paper products for you.

Perfect week at the beach

My husband and I couldn’t have asked for anything more to make for a perfect week away at the beach. The location on the beach was wonderful. To be able to see and hear the ocean everyday was so relaxing. The unit was beautifully updated wand had everything to make the stay wonderful.

Look no further

First time to SGI for us both. This was the most ideal property we've ever rented. Beautifully decorated, a well equipped kitchen, brand new and high quality appliances, quiet, conveniently located to the 2 restaurants that we loved and close to the Piggly Wiggly Express. The screened in porch was magnificent! And the tv in the living area had to be over 80 inches. We enjoyed spending time on the beach and not having anyone within 50 yards of us unlike all the other crowded beaches. We can't wait to go back to SGI and there is no doubt where we'll stay.

Steps to the surf

This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in on St. George. Literally steps from the beach. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare any meal, the living room is comfortable (giant TV) and the screened in porch offered great views of the beach.Definitely will try to stay here next time in St George.

Great View Great Condo

Our 2nd stay. Condo is always well kept and up to date. Beds sleep great and porch is a joy. Well stocked and owners are easy to work with and very responsive. Close to the beach and easy access to city center. Had to evacuate due to Hurricane Helene and owners kept us informed often about evacuation.

Great week at St George island

Everything was great except check-in process. The key box would not open and it took a few hours to get resolved. Everything esle was great, location, distance from beach, cleanliness of unit. Everything was just as described on vrbo.

Perfectly appropriate.

For a small family of 4 this was the perfect place for our first vacation. The view was great, accomadations cozy, and amenities perfect. We hope to stay here again soon.

Great place and location on the island!

We loved our stay at this condo, it was perfect for our family of 4 and our youngest who is one it was nice to have a screened in porch that we could all sit on and not worry about him getting hurt or getting out in any way. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The only feedback I have is a coded door would be nice, we were nervous the whole time about having one key to access the place, but otherwise the stay was great!

Weather Wood Stay

The property is one of 4 condos in the building. It is beautifully decorated with fabulous beach access. We really appreciated the comfortable mattress and glad the owner invested in it - sometimes that is NOT the case with VRs. We had sporadic internet throughout our stay but that may be part of the SGI experience. There was a severe storm which caused the biggest problem, but that is to be expected. The kitchen and baths were gorgeous.

A great place to relax

Want to get away from it all? This is the perfect place to stay. Mere steps to the beach to enjoy the surf, the sun and the sand. An easy walk to the lighthouse and the souvenir stores along with a couple restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed this well appointed condo and couldnt have asked for more. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Beautiful Condo, Uncrowded Beach

Condo was updated, attractive, clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was superb, just steps to the beach. We especially enjoyed the screened porch with an unobscured view of the ocean. We saw large groups of dolphins pass by every day, this was one of the highlights of our trips. Saint George is the place to go if you are looking for quiet "old Florida" beaches without all of the high rises and commercialism. Paddy's Raw Bar is the best place to eat on the island (high quality, good atmosphere). Be sure to visit St. George State Park to see the incredible "sugar hill" sand dunes, as well as the quaint old town of Appalachicola a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again and hope to be back!

Just lovely

Great stay... the beachfront location is delightful. The condo is one of four in the building... the building outside is non-descript and plain, but the condo interior has been updated and is great. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the couch... perfect!

This was our second stay in this great condo and we are planning our next. Very comfortable. Great location. (one suggestion - it would be nice to have a second key so we (wife and I) could have separate access.)

Beautiful Condo Beautiful View

Condo was modern yet comfortable. Beautiful decor and all the comforts of home. Well stocked and the porch was a joy! Beds and furniture were comfortable and the extra large TV was a treat. Owners were very responsive. We would give it 10 stars if possible.

Beautiful

This condo was super clean and a great location!! We enjoyed the screened in porch and being steps away from the Ocean. This was our second year in St. George and we will be back!! The beach is super nice and not over crowded. Loved being on the beach!!
