Inside the newly renovated cottage you’ll find that it is decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bedrooms have plush beds that will lull you to sleep after a long day of fun in the sun.

Inside the living room you’ll find this charming cottage also boasts a coffee bar that is fully stocked with tea and other goodies to help you start your day off right. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or prefer something a little more herbal, you'll find everything you need to brew the perfect cup.
And if you're in the mood for a little snack, there are plenty of treats to choose from as well. You’ll be able to sit back and enjoy a cup of your favorite beverage as you take in the stunning views of the ocean just outside your door.

But the real magic of this vacation rental lies outside, where you'll find a veritable treasure trove of beach toys and gear just waiting to be used. Imagine spending your days building sandcastles, fishing, and playing corn hole with your friends and family. we love furry friends and know how important it is to have them by your side on your vacation. We do allow dogs on a case by case basis for an additional non-refundable deposit of $100.

•We provide each stay with their own welcome basket! This can include anything from snacks, to drinks, and even those silly things you may have forgotten like toothpaste, sunscreen and even a razor!

•We take pride in being available to our guest throughout their whole stay at any time of day for any questions or concerns they have! Whether they need helping choosing a nearby restaurant or help finding extra toilet paper we are there for them.

•Our property is one of only a few properties in the area with direct beach access! This means you can sip your coffee with your toes in the sand watching the sun rise or roasting s’mores in a fire directly on the beach as the sunsets!

-Master bedroom includes a King Size bed with plenty of soft pillows, a flat screen TV with a Roku 4K smart stick as well.

-Guest bedroom has a trundle style bunk bed that has 2 FULL SIZE beds with memory foam mattresses along with twin size trundle below for any added guest or little ones. This room includes Smart TV.

-5G HughesNet Satellite Internet is provided for those who still wish to connect while away from home.

-Bathroom has had a full gut renovation. There are pegs to hang your towels and swimwear after your day on the beach. Relax in the newly tiled shower/tub combo with massage shower head to wash the sand away.

-Had a long day of swimming and relaxing near the water and now need to do some laundry? Laundry room has a washer and dryer with laundry products provided for your stay.

-Please be sure to fill out our guest log! We want to make your stay as friendly as possible and want to keep note of it for your potential future stays. Maybe you can come back and find your old entries!

HOME ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
-Looking to start a campfire? Roast some marshmallows or hot dogs? Simply dig a hole on the beach and make a small fire! (Pics are included from our own experience). But please make sure you clean up after you are done.

-A fresh caught dinner whether it be by fishing or netting can be yours for the taking. *Cooking utensils, 2 fishing rods (rod holders for your convenience are included as well), pots and pans, as well as crab nets and pots are included as well.*

-Looking to buy any wines, spirits or beers? The Ridge Market offers a wide variety of selections, but please make sure to enjoy responsibly and must be 21 years of age and older.(A small selection of fishing bait offered as well)
