The Creekside Hideaway is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths waterfront Property located on the St. Jeromes Creek. Come and enjoy a restful stay with us! This home has everything you need---full kitchen,2.5baths,laundry facilities, and a lovely living area with a gas fireplace for those cool evenings. This home has 4 indoor smart TVs and wifi plus a step down Bunk room with 2 queen futons, twin bunk beds and a full size bunk bed for extra sleeping accommodations. There is a new pier for crabbing and sunning plus fishing trips can be arranged. There is a docking space available should you have a boat. A canoe and 3 kayaks and launch platform are available on site. Also there is an outdoor firepit , gas grill, large picnic table plus an outdoor shower. This location is perfect for parties and other limited capacity (50 attendees or less) events. St. Mary's County is a lovely place to visit for rest and adventure. Restaurants, Marinas, Historic St. Mary's City, St. Mary's College, Historic Leonardtown and Solomons Island are just a short drive away. You will find something here for every interest. The property has been recently refreshed.

From check-in to checkout everything was perfect. Our family including our 2 dogs really enjoyed the peace and serenity at Creekside.Ray was an excellent host and is truly a good person. We will certainly stay again!

The property is beautiful and the house is so spacious! It was great being able to put our boat in at Buzzā€™s Marina and dock it at the house. The hosts are wonderful and very accommodating. They were also quick to respond. Highly recommend!

This was the nicest VRBO we've rented recently. The owners were amazing, even brought us an emergency sewing kit before the wedding we attended. The house was clean, property was beautiful. We would love yi stay again. Thank you for the memories.

Let me tell you about this property. I know the owners. I knew the previous owner. I knew it was a beautiful house. I knew you could have weddings there. I was blown away by the beauty of the house the creek and the love of friends! It was absolutely perfect, stunningly beautiful. This property is so well maintained. And the owners are wonderful. They were willing to work with us on everything. So blessed to consider them dear friends. I'm near your house is so much better than the way it's at for ties I just can't explain it. Beautiful weekend

We had an awesome weekend at Creekside Hideaway! Our family stayed here for Hawktoberfest at SMCM. There was plenty of space for us to visit and hang out with friends. The house was clean and well stocked. We cannot wait until we can return!

Beautiful Location and Handicapped Accessible

Beautiful property and views. Lots of birds in the area including Bald Eagles. Very relaxing to sit on the dock or on the deck or around the fire pit area. The house has a ramp to go in the back of the house. Showers are all step-in. Bedrooms have enough room to move around in with a walker or a wheelchair. The house is not cluttered with things so there was a lot of room for wheelchairs. The only challenge we had was getting over the sliding glass door track in the wheelchairs. We used a walker to get over this track. I did bring a shower stool with arms and it fit into the hallway shower. A bit of a hill to get down to the dock but it was manageable. 1 small step to get onto the dock. This is the most handicapped accessible place I have stayed in through VRBO. We had a canoe and several kayaks available for our use. Wood was provided for the fire pit. Crab traps were available for our use. We crabbed with strings and a net. So much fun! The hosts are so kind. We enjoyed getting to know them. They seem to really enjoy renting out the home. Thank you for such a relaxing weekend!

Beautiful and Serene!

Enjoyed our mini vacation at Creekside Getaway, Thank you Ray for being a wonderful host and allowing us to stay at your house. House offers plenty of room, very clean, a lot of though in providing items in the house and outside to make our stay very comfortable. Grounds are beautiful, spacious, very quiet, had the riverfront all to ourselves. Enjoyed kayaking seeing plenty of nature. A great stay and highly recommended!

A Gem in Southern Maryland

Wonderful place to stay down in Southern MD. Gorgeous property with an awesome view. Super comfortable place with a ton of amenities. Owner is very friendly and was helpful. Would certainty stay here again!

Amazing stay

Had a great time at Ray and Mary's place! The place was spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We made great use of the kitchen, grill, firepit, and kayaks. Would definitely return for another visit!

Great times with friends

Every year, old high school friends go on a crabbing and fishing trip. This is our second time staying at the Raley's place, and it is one of our favorite. Lots of crabs, fish, and great times with some lifelong friends.

Ray and Mary are wonderful hosts. The home was very clean and had everything we could need and more. They even provided some unexpected extras. The WiFi worked great which our son required for some class work. We loved kayaking and enjoyed the view from the Adirondack chairs including watching herons. What a beautiful place in every way.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed here for a wedding for our son. Our first interaction was with Ray, who is simply a delight to speak with. If you ever book this property, make sure to bring up baseball with Ray. The home is awesome. The pictures do not do this property justice. The backyard by thr creek is just wonderful. We took advantage of the kayaks. Overall a great stay. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Wedding Party Fun

Groomsmen stayed here for wedding. Great experience in a beautiful location. Swimming and kayaking right out the back door. Owners were very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this beautiful spot.
