Dog Friendly~with $250 NR pet fee per dog. If you do not add the pet fee of $250/per 1 pet/$150 for additional pet/s in the quote, then the quote will need to be readjusted. A pet addendum will accompany the lease from Crowley Assoc., that will need to be returned with our lease.

However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.

In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Dewey Beach accommodations tax of 3% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.

Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE in addition to the current municipality accommodations tax of 3% in Dewey.

After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.
