The luxurious villa with an elegant kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths hardly leaves open wishes. From the master bedroom and the guest suite offers direct access to the spacious terrace. The inviting pool area with Jacuzzi and wide pool overflow with magnificent views of the elongated channel guarantees pure relaxation. Sun worshipers can enjoy the beautiful Florida sun fully and enjoy spectacular sunsets every day with an exotic drink thanks West orientation of the villa and a large terrace, all day. Large-scale panoramic screens limit the view of the water in any way. In addition, the pool and the jacuzzi can be heated electrically.
All bathrooms have roll-in showers and granite vanities, the master bathroom even has separate his and hers wash basins, a deep soaking tub and a walk-in shower with dual showerheads thru for the common shower pass. The main and guest suite also have walk-in closets. The laundry room is equipped with a large European washing machine and dryer.
The whole house is tiled with ceramic plates - that is to say, there are no unhygienic carpets laid. Sidewalks, garages forecourt and the whole terrace are designed with composite stone.
For entertainment in the house are available in each bedroom as in the living room large Internet-enabled smart LED HD Flat Screen TVs. Thanks to a smart home system, all rooms can be selectively sounded by music. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home as well as on the terrace.
An outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and grill, a dining table with upholstered chairs for eight people and enough sun loungers with side tables, complete the luxurious property.
The large three-car garage with additional storage space for bicycles and kayaks offers enough space even with a roller occupancy with two families / cars.
A boat dock with a special platform for easy kayak entry, allows the less experienced kayakers, safe and dry in and out.
Another highlight is a Tournier eight-foot pool table available to our guests.

Spacious and clean

Lovely home, everything was perfect. They even had a welcome basket with hand sanitizer and spray inside it. The only issues we had was the pool had some green algae-looking substance but notified the property manager late in the evening and the next morning the pool company was there at 8:30am, fixing the issue. Very prompt response. You can tell this home is well cared for and the location was perfect with enough privacy. The master bedroom mattress was a little hardBut everything else was very nice. Thank you for a pleasant stay

Superb Property

We had an incredible vacation at Villa Egretta. The owners, Steffi & Pete, are wonderful and super easy to deal with. From the moment you enter the villa, it's obvious that it was built to a very high standard. Also the furnishing and amenities are top notch. We especially enjoyed the smart home system and, of course, the nespresso machine. ;-) Best thing of the home however must be the view from the lanai - it's to die for! Can't beat having a glas of champagne in the jacuzzi while watching the sun go down into that mile-long canal. Priceless location! Check-in and check-out went smooth and easy. Sven, the property manager, explained everything in detail and gave some really helpful recommendations of things to do in the area. He also adjusted the pool & spa settings to our needs and provided a new desk lamp, which accidentally fell down and broke the night before. There's hardly anything we would change about the house and we'll definitely be back ... hopefully sooner than later. Many thanks to Steffi, Pete & Sven for a wonderful time at Villa Egretta! Wir hatten von Anfang bis zum Schluss keinerlei Probleme und wünschten uns nur Gäste wie Ihr es wart. Wonderful Memories!!!

We brought my children and grandchildren to Florida for their first time. Our new home as my 2 yr old grandson called it was perfect. We spent many hours in the beautiful pool and we’re blessed with a manatee in the canal. Lots of fish jumping. We will definitely be back. Peter was so kind and easy to work with. Sven was very good to us and welcoming. A wonderful place to make great memories for a family. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches and many activities in the area.

Ein Traumhaus an traumhafter Lage

Die Villa Egretta ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Pool mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Wasser. Der Service vor Ort ist ausgezeichnet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es ist ruhig gelegen aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Fort Myers oder auch in Naples. Die Strände haben wir auf den nahegelegenen Captiva Island oder Sunibel besucht. Es war einfach top und wir können die Villa jedem empfehlen.
