Our beautiful cabin is in the amazing Chalet Village located within a mile of Ober Gatlinburg and walking distance to one of the community pools! With easy access to downtown Gatlinburg, you are just minutes from all of the best activities, entertainment, hiking trails, and restaurants that the Smoky Mountain area has to offer. With our spacious home that offers 3 different levels of living space and modern amenities, relaxation begins the minute you drive up to the Modern Rustic!

This three-level home offers 2 large living spaces on separate floors, which is just perfect for gathering with your friends and family, but still allows you to spread out and relax! All furniture has recently been updated and replaced with luxuriously rustic decor. Enjoy plush couches, large flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, spacious entertainment areas and more!

The basement level walks out to a spacious covered patio area complete with a new 7 person hot tub. This cabin has a large flat back yard, ideal for kids! In addition, two large private balconies are situated on the upper level, perfect for taking in the gorgeous scenic views. You will also find an outdoor BBQ grill and access to the resort community pool (seasonal).

The walkout basement level offers a large game room equipped with a refurbished Olhausen pool table and a flat screen TV. There's also plenty of room for the younger ones to stretch out and play! Enjoy multiple flat screen TVs, board games and free WIFI.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
