The whole place to yourself in this romantic 2nd story studio! The cabin is private- the last on our well-maintained gravel road, against its own little mountain- Enjoy the quiet, the nature all around, the mountain views w/ Zero Light Pollution and Amazing Stargazing! This beloved place frees you to get back close to God, close to nature & closer together. Love the comfy Kingsize bed and bathroom w/ a glass shower. Enjoy the ambient fireplace or linger outside for a walk or at the fire-pit. The decks are for vegging w/ your morning mug, staring at the moon & stars, and to cook your meals on the 36” gas griddle beneath the open skies. Trees, wildlife, and sounds of nature abound. Make a 10-min’s drive to the breathtaking views and hikes on the Blue Ridge Parkway, or hop 20-25 mins to town for the Biltmore, WNC Farmer's Market, Arboretum, or the multi-choices of dining and Brewery's in Asheville..

Secluded, quiet, beautiful retreat for private get away. Perfect location to access Great Smoky Mountains (1-2hr), Pisgah Natl Forest (1hr) and Asheville (30 min) if you don't want to keep changing sleeping locations but want to see the best of western NC. Multiple household amenities at the cabin left nothing for want.

The property is clean, quiet, and exactly as advertised in the text description and pictures. It’s a perfect getaway for a couple looking for lots of nature with modern amenities. The host is friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. Check-in and check-out are easy. We will be staying here again!

Cozy cabin

Host was great, hepled us set up computers an phone. Check in went great after getting the correct code, which was a 2 hour delay. Cabin was a bit cold. We might be back in the fall of 2016 to view the changing leaves with this beautiful view.

Peace and Quiet

Beautiful cabin. Had everything we could have wanted for a christmas weekend away. Location was great for The Biltmore. Would reccomend this for anyone looking for a queit place to reconnect.

This cabin was a dreamscape. The environment is so quiet and secluded. The cabin provided plenty of utility and coziness. The drive in wasn't bad at all and the directions were easy to follow. Nancy is a thoughtful and hospitable host who's very responsive and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

We had a great time in this cute cabin. Nancy was very responsive and set up the place perfectly. The cabin is a perfect retreat way up in the mountains and is super cozy. Nancy thought of everything and had all we could ever need at the cain.

We had a wonderful stay in this romantic secluded cabin. The attention to detail was fabulous and Nancy was very responsive. The view was nice, and it's location was convenient for a birthday dinner in Asheville. Awesome vacation cabin for two.

Relaxing Respite

Off The Grid :)

Just as described. Peaceful and relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for those looking to get off the grid and enjoy nature. The interior is beautifully decorated and has a huge TV to enjoy in the evenings with a cozy electric fireplace for ambience. Full kitchen and outdoor gas grill with an open balcony to eat and enjoy the views of the mountain tops. Will definitely book again. Thank you Nancy!!

Awesome Cabin

We had an awesome getaway at this cabin tucked into the woods. The cabin was clean, had every essential we needed (and then some), and the decor was perfect. Directions to the cabin were perfect so it was easy to locate and parking was a breeze. We got to see a bear and some turkeys cross the driveway which was exciting. It was easy to converse with Nancy if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this cabin as a wonderful place to stay. We would have stayed longer if time had permitted. -Sharon

Mountain wilderness oasis

The pictures do not do this studio cabin justice. Our trip was amazing and we literally stayed in or on the property 99% of the time. The nearest store for essentials is 10 minutes driving fyi. The drive up to the cabin itself is breath taking. If your looking for indoor space , this is not your place. This cabin overlooking rolling mountains is for relaxing and reconnecting. The only good thing about leaving was the breathe taking view down the drive. We would definitely recommend and were already talking about coming back.

Quiet Remote cabin in the mountains

If you like to get away and get closer to nature than this is the place to go! Wildflowers birds and other wildlife abounds!
