Thank you for staying with us. When it’s really cold outside and the cover is off, it is hard for it to keep the temperature up. It’s not an issue most of the time.

Thanks for the review, and I'm so glad you enjoyed the cleanliness and location of Heart Haven. I'm not sure how to respond to the driveway comment. The road to the cabin was freshly paved in the spring. It is 10 to 12 feet wide. It does have a bit of an incline, but this is the mountains. We have found that our guests who take it nice and easy have no problem navigating our roads. We have made our roads one lane, but we do have a turn around at the bottom of the hill and many pull offs along the way. It is our desire for our guests to have a great and carefree stay, so we are always making improvements. Thanks, Cabins of Asheville

Regarding the WiFi, we’d like to clarify that the cabin is equipped with high-speed internet that is suitable for streaming and general use. However, we understand that individual devices, weather, or service interruptions can occasionally affect performance. The driveway and parking area are slightly steep, as is common in the mountain area, but it is very short—approximately three car lengths. Guests with low-profile vehicles are always welcome to park at the bottom and walk up if they are more comfortable doing so, and we are happy to provide guidance when needed. This cabin is designed as a cozy retreat for two guests and is best suited for short stays and quiet getaways. We strive to make this clear in our listing so guests can choose the property that best fits their needs. We also appreciate you mentioning the odor concern. We take cleanliness and maintenance seriously and will continue monitoring and addressing any potential moisture or ventilation issues to ensure guest comfort.
