Though you will have warm sand right at your fingertips, this home is in a perfect location to check out the vibrant city of Surfside Beach and all of the shops and restaurants that make this coastal town special. If you do end up getting a bit sandy, the outdoor shower is ready to assist in rinsing off, and the private washer and dryer have you covered with keeping your favorite swimsuits clean. Any downtime spent at home base will be a treat with two furnished decks, one on each level, so reminisce with loved ones while sipping a glass of wine. When the sun starts to go down, the firepit offers plenty of seating for the whole family, and there is no better place to tell favorite memories than that! Don't forget to bring the pups along too, as this home is dog-friendly!

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to fluctuating tap water quality in the Village of Surfside Beach, it is recommended to bring bottled water for drinking and/or cooking during your stay. During times of elevated water contaminants, water coming from the faucets and toilets may have a yellow tint. The water is safe for bathing.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
