Welcome to Zen Den! This charming West Indies-style cottage is unique by design as it wraps around one of the most stunning private courtyards in Rosemary Beach. This private poolside paradise provides non-stop entertainment and fun for your entire party. It is located just north of Rosemarys Town Square (3 min walk) on W Kingston Rd, keeping you near the action but away in the evenings for total Zen in this den.

Surrounded by natural stone pavers and a large wraparound deck, non-swimmers have plenty of places to lounge with outdoor sofas, chaise lounges, and two outdoor dining sets. A large lanai provides for an evening fire and a streaming tv for a movie by the pool. Also included is a galley-style grilling station with on-demand natural gas and a large counter for snacks and drinks. Reserving the Zen Den for your Gulf Coast Getaway will grant access to the four community pools in Rosemary Beach. It also will give you access to the private gated community beach walkovers that ensure beach space for all exclusive Rosemary Beach guests! In addition, there are many other unique features in the community only to be discovered by strolling through the boardwalks and meandering the streets.

» Cabana Pool: 2 Min walk, 1 min bike ride: Featuring a family-friendly Mediterranean design with private dressing rooms designed to replicate cabanas. There is a section of sun loungers, a children`s pool, and a poolside park for kids to enjoy. Hours of operation 9 am-9 pm. (subject to change per RB POA)
» Sky Pool: 5 Min walk, 2 min bike ride: The only year-round pool in Rosemary that, depending on the season, can be enclosed or open to the elements. Heated during the winter, it also offers radiant flooring for added comfort to swimmers in colder weather. There are three lap-style lanes and wall side benches for taking a load off. » Barbados Pool: 5 min walk, 3-minute bike ride: Just south of 30a (on the same west side of Rosemary Zen Den is located) sits a remarkably designed French West Indies style pool. Authentically replicated in true form by Barbados architect Douglas Luke the pool features grand elements such as copper roof and oversized pass-throughs with water elements to accent. » Coquina Pool: 8 min walk, 4 min bike ride: Lounge and relax at the most exotic tropical island oasis on the south side of Rosemary Beach. The prominent sounds of water spilling over the negative edge pool will provide much-needed peace and relaxation upon entering this architectural masterpiece. Two enormous Pindo palms frame the changing rooms available to guests. The entire pool is one depth and the closest to the Gulf of Mexico of all four community pools. ~Shipwreck Island Water Park: 13 miles – One of the oldest area waterparks established in 1973 and still going strong! An all-day family fun destination to a hometown waterpark that offers all the thrills. The fifteen acres of pure water enjoyment features curated Florida fauna, professionally trained aquatics staff, and, lastly, a wide variety of food and drinks for all to enjoy.

The Zen Den has parking for two vehicles and that is where they will stay most of your trip! Walk or Bike throughout quaint streets to restaurants, shopping and most importantly, the Gulf of Mexico!

The Zen Den is located in the Rosemary Beach community, with private community access just a 7-minute walk, or 3-minute bike ride, from the cottage. Please note this is a residential community, and as a general common courtesy, we ask no loud outside happenings past 10 pm.

The outdoor shower in the courtyard is the perfect spot for rinsing off what bits of the beach that have traveled back to the cottage during your visit. We also ask that the furniture not be used with wet bathing suits or towels to avoid potential water stains or discoloring of the covers.

Internet: All guests are welcome to use the high-speed internet. However, please avoid any illegal downloading or streaming on the ISP.

Age Requirement: Reserving guests must be 25 years of age

Parking: There is enough to accommodate up to 2 large-sized vehicles such as a Truck or SUV in the driveway belonging to the cottage. There is also side street parking in front of the cottage that is not guaranteed.
