Right on the banks of a beautiful canal, this delightful home will make your family's vacation dreams come true! When you're not fishing off the dock or exploring a fun outdoor adventure, spread out in this modern home to enjoy all the comforts you deserve in an elegant setting. The living area is dressed with luxurious furniture, beautiful floors, coffered ceilings, and lots of natural light cascading through the floor-to-ceiling windows and access doors to the expansive patio. Stream your favorite movies and shows on the TV, then head into the full kitchen to assemble a delicious beverage. You'll find all the stainless steel appliances and counter space you'll need to throw together a fast afternoon snack. The family chefs will appreciate the center prep island when they prepare fantastic meals for everyone to enjoy. There is a kitchen table with seating for four, a dining room table that seats six, four stools at the breakfast bar, and more seating outside on the furnished, screened patio.

You'll love splashing around in the private pool or soaking in the spa with views of the canal just beyond, and you'll have access to a private dock whenever you want to get out on the water. There is lots of comfy patio seating for lounging poolside or catching up with old friends, and the pool is screened off, so the kids can safely play while you grill up some delicious food via the private gas grill. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, each with an en suite bath. Remote workers and students will appreciate the private office equipped with a work desk and chair, and the home's free WiFi will make it easy to perform some online research for those last-minute projects. The central air-conditioning and ceiling fans will ensure everyone stays cool on a hot summer evening, and you'll have access to a private washer/dryer, so you can even afford to pack light for your trip!

Pool heat is available from Oct 1st-May 1st.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are active security cameras on the premises: a camera that faces the front door and three cameras that face the outside. Two of them face the boat dock area and one is pointed towards the patio. The cameras on the patio are not plugged in.

Dock details: The boat lift is not operational. Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee the safe docking of any water crafts.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
