Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear the room was super clean and that you enjoyed the incredible view. That said, we’re sorry several aspects of the stay did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns about the price, nighttime entry process, lack of front desk staffing after hours, and the amount of noise throughout the day and night. We also appreciate your comments about the limited toiletries provided. While amenities can vary by unit, we understand why items such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap may be expected, and your feedback will be shared with our team as they should have been suppplied. We’re also sorry the common-area floors did not appear as clean as the room itself. The issue with the hot water lasting only a couple of minutes is also concerning and will be shared with our maintenance team for review. Thank you again for staying with us and for highlighting both the positives and the areas where improvements are needed.

Thank you for the kind words! We’re thrilled you enjoyed your stay and found our location convenient for exploring the town. It’s wonderful to hear you had a great time. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future!
