Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront access. Our bedroom features a king bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, with a full bathroom with a built in safety rail.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests. And don't forget to enjoy the walkout patio as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

We loved the condo. The view was beautiful and space was nice. We were incredibly disappointed the hot tub was “closed for maintenance.” It appeared to have been closed for at least a few days. If the host could have let us know that in advance we would have stayed somewhere else. We chose this place because of the hot tub.

Excellent views on the canal. Somewhat noisy due to draw bridge, but fantastic for people and boat watching!- especially the Emerald Isle ferry. Only complaint was that the hotel’s hot tub was ice cold! Will come back again.

Wonderful decision

Edgewater Inn was worth the money. Quiet. Beautiful view. Refreshing pool and hot tub. Warm sauna. Enjoyed it all. Many restaurants in town were closed (March) so we were a bit disappointed with that. Didn’t have a great meal the three days we were there. We’ll come in season next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Chelsea and Carly did an amazing job cleaning the room. It was spotless! The bed was comfortable and I slept like a rock. Despite complaints about the bridge being loud (it is when traffic os going over it), it wasn’t obnoxious and I didn’t hear it at all in the bedroom. I will definitely be making return trips.

Love boats, people watching, and hard mattresses?

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was great for us. We were by the bridge with a view of the lake. We loved watching the boats go by and the drawbridge go up. We heard the bells and alarms for the drawbridge opening while we were sitting in the livingroom but it was no big deal. It did not wake us up at all. This is a great condo for boat and people watching. The water is memorizing. If you want quiet and privacy, this is not the condo for you.The sound proofing seems adequate. I only heard people in the hall a few times. My only major complaint is the size of the tiny fridge and the hardness of the mattress. If you like super hard mattresses, you'll like this one. I only mention this because it did affect my trip. My husband and I do have back issues, so that might be part of the problem. A heads up to the owner, the grout in the bathroom shower is starting to mold in the corners. It might need treated soon before it spreads. It happens to everyone. No big deal.Overall it was a very nice stay.

We enjoy the location where we can watch the drawbridge rise for the Beaver Island ferry and the beautiful yachts, boats and sailboats going to and coming from Lake Michigan, Round Lake, and Lake Charlevoix. We also enjoy strolling through the quaint town and on the docks. This trip we reserved suite 115. It is close to the bridge and has a good view of Round Lake. The suite was nice and it was clean. We decided to extend our stay for another day. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to move to suite 239 since 115 was reserved for another guest. We were able to move out of 115 and immediately into 239 without waiting between 11:00 checkout and 4:00 checkin. Suite 239 is fabulous! Beautifully decorated and has an upscale vibe. We were very impressed with suite 239 and will request it for future stays.
