Nestled in a quiet residential area amongst a tropical garden, fruit trees and flower gardens is a spacious, fully equipped three-story villa and casita, with private pool and all the modern amenities. Just a 5 minute stroll to beautiful Tamarindo Beach and town center with shops, restaurants, authentic cuisine, surf lessons, bars, coffee shops, nightlife, taxi, bus and shuttle services.

Step through the front gate of Tamarindo Grand Villa and the path will first lead you by the casita (studio), equipped with a queen size bed and double bed, tv, wifi service, microwave, coffee machine, toaster oven, refrigerator and full bathroom. As you continue to walk the path amongst the luscious vegetation, you will find a beautiful swimming pool, with a shallow section to relax and a deeper 4,5 ' deep section, a large outdoor area for eating and lounging and a grill station. Walk through the three-story home architecturally designed with beautiful curved lines and enjoy the main floor living area, large bedroom with on-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The chef's kitchen has a large 6 burner gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, two-basin sink, microwave, coffee machine, blender, juicer, small appliances and ample dishes to prepare a feast. The home has four large bedrooms, each with their own on-suite bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed, 1 with a queen-size bed and on the third floor there are 2 bunk beds, each with double beds on the lower level and a twin bed above. On the second floor there is an additional common area with large flat screen Smart tv and a wrap around balcony overlooking the property.

Additional features include, wireless high speed internet, tv, iron, hair dryer, linens and towels and easy access to the host or property manager to facilitate your experience and customize the types of activities and tours that you may wish to enjoy. Such activities may include; chocolate making starting from the bean, deep sea fishing, golfing, hot spring visits, swimming by waterfalls, zip lining, horseback riding, ATV tours and catamaran tours. We can also facilitate the services of having a chef that will cook for you and provide a tasting experience.
