The whole condo needs major up grated. Bathroom very dated. No mirrors in bedroom. T V controls were not programmed . Add picture were deceptive. Paint coming off kitchen cabinets . Beach was great.

De manera general la experiencia no fue mala, pero el apartamento no tiene muy buenas condiciones. El Hotel esta accesible a la playa y tiene 3 piscinas que estan limpias.

Beach Vacation for 8.

If you want something on the beach, plenty of pools and a great location - this is the place for you! We really enjoyed our time here. The condo itself was a bit outdated but nothing that could ruin our trip. We had a group of 8 - adults and teenage kids - and we had plenty of space. We were close enough for the kids to walk to get ice cream/food and visit beach shops! They loved the freedom that this location offered. The only thing to note, small stacker washer and dryer - so for 8 people with clothes and towels for 7 days, I felt like I was constantly running laundry to keep up with such tiny loads. But, if thatā€™s my only complaint - I consider that a win!

Family vacation

Perfect place for our family of 7 to enjoy the beach! We loved the two pools outside and the short walk to the beach. It wasnā€™t the cleanest but what we needed it for it was perfect.

Has potential but needs cleaned and new furniture!

The condo is nice and good for family stays. But when we arrived the place was not cleaned at all. The rugs and couch were both filthy and the comforters in the beds had not been washed. The ceiling fan in the living room was hanging and could have very easily fallen and been dangerous. The TV in the master bedroom would not turn on and the other only worked part of the time. We got the room at a very cheap price and it was very much reflected in the way the condo was taken care of.

Fall Break stay

The outside was nice ..the toaster and the keurig did not workā€¦The cleanliness of the Apartment was awful had not been dusted at all ..Floors were not Clean .found a glob of hair on the wall in Master Bathroom..The air filter on the A/C needs to be changed or it could catch fire at some Point ..Oven dirty.

Decent place but needs some repairs and deep cleaning

Great location, walk to anything you needed and beach access. But it is an older building and our condo needed some maintenance repairs. I feel that the Vacasa people cared and I think that alot of people like the building, this particular condo needs some TLC. If the needed repairs were made, it wouldnā€™t be a bad spot at all.

When we arrive to this location, the building itself was dated. This was not a surprise as I had already researched the actual building. We did not use any amenities at the facility, besides the outdoor pool, which was clean and well kept. The condo itself has a lot to improve on. When we arrived, it had a musty/ Mildew smell. The comforters in every bedroom had stains, tears and were in general, very dirty. The sheets were clean. The couches had stains as well as the rug in the living room. We took the additional sheets and covered the couches. The master bedroom bed was comfortable more on the softer side. The 2nd room with the bunk bed were uncomfortable.( very hard) 3rd room was okay. The kitchen appliances were nice and worked well. Things like the oven mits and kitchen towles were very dirty. The patio had 4 chairs and 2 small tables. (Metal chairs with mesh) The master bath shower had great water pressure, however a very strong musty/wet smell as well as water damage in the closets. The condo did have a nice view of the ocean. The beach access was close and the sand rinse off spickets were a nice addition. Over all this condo to us was just a place to sleep. It was difficult to get comfortable due to the cleanliness and upkeep of the condo itself. For the priced charged I would have kept looking as I dont feel it was worth it.

Will be Returning Next Summer!

Prefect family condo! BEAUTIFUL view, convient area. EASY access to beach. Pools were great when we got tired of the waves. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed! Plenty of towels and linen were provided. We loved the big sectional so plenty of seating for our whole family! No issues at all! I also loved seeing plenty of other families!

This served our needs during our 2024 Spring Break. Place is nice and love the ocean view but could use some general upkeep (fan in the bathroom was full of lint) and additions to the kitchen (no pizza cutter).

Would not rent again

The overall appearance was good when you walked in but quickly deteriorated. The bedding on the master bed was disgusting and unwashed, the comforter had some kind of brown and white stuff on it, there was no bedding for the pull out couch, we could not take the children to the hot tub, the management and permanent tentants were very unfriendly. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower and water spots in the linen closet. For the money I spent for the week I would not spend it here again.

Stay at Summerchase 306

We loved the location and the condo. Getting into the parking lot was a bit difficult as I have to carry a scooter and it drug when coming in and going out. The commode sat low to the floor and made it hard to get up and down. Those were the only problems we had. Was very clean and had plenty of towels.

Wouldnā€™t stay again

Our ā€œhoneymoonā€ Condo was very run down in desperate need of updating no water pressure, no pulls on ceiling fans, cracks in walls and sinks, outlets fell out of the wall, saw 3 roaches during our stay and paid twice as much as last year in gulf shores website made the condo look beautiful deceiving to say the least the only accurate description was that it is right on the beach

Great vacation!

The unit was very nice and clean. You can tell that they are still working in renovations of the unit. It had a great view of the beach and easy beach access. You definitely need to bring your own blankets, there were no wash clothes (only bath towels provided), there was not enough silverware for all of us (only 6 forks/spoons etc.), the master bathroom door was locked upon arrival and we had to wait 24 hrs for it to be unlocked, so all of us had to use the small hall bath, and there were no remotes for the bedroom TVs (also living room tv did not have the same live tv stations as the bedrooms or we couldnā€™t figure out how to use it correctly and none of their other apps worked). Overall, weā€™d stay there again, but know we need to bring additional items with us to make our stay better. Many other places weā€™ve stayed in have had games, cards, or beach items for use, but this unit did not, so be prepared to bring all of that if it is something you enjoy doing/using.

Orange Beach Property

It was the perfect time to visit ... after spring break and before summer break. The beach wasn't crowded. The apartment was clean. The elevators were efficient. There was a great restaurant within walking distance.

Awesome location and facilities!

Convenient beach location with grocery stores, shops, and restaurants right across the street. The amenities of the facility were very nice (indoor hot tub, volleyball net, and etc). The condo itself was furnished perfectly for a large family. Love the big kitchen table (great for games) and the balcony has an amazing view. This condo was great value! I think there could have been more towels, beach towels, and blankets in the condo. So if I were to come again, I'd bring more of that.

I did not like anything about this condo. The photos had to be when condo was first built. Sofa was filthy dirty. Refrigerator missing multiple parts. Plumbing issues in wall in hall bathroom. Plumber snake tub so it would drain. Sliding patio door didnā€™t lock, missing striker. Would never recommend!
