The kitchen is well equipped with everything guests will need to cook up a magnificent feast. Alternatively, you can use the suite's free WiFi to research the many restaurants in close proximity. Enjoy your day sitting by the tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico, building sandcastles with the kids, or lounging by the Gulf-front pool. Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Our family would definitely stay here again! It was a very easy walk to the pool and beach. Condo is clean with comfy furniture and plenty of cookware. The balcony does overlook the pool, so it’s not exactly private. But the good news is that security comes to lock up the pool right at 10pm, so noise was not a problem while we slept.

Condo was as pictured and beds were comfortable; however, it was not well stocked. There was nothing to wash dishes with (no sponges or dish rags). No blankets anywhere in the condo. Had issues with all three outside doors that needed repairs during our stay.

Pros: location, updated furniture, very comfortable beds, pool cleanliness, water pressure in shower, communication from texting service, on property staff were kind and knowledgeCons: on the way down to our location we randomly saw the listing mentions no children (this is not accurate, kids were all over the property but it did give us a scare), unable to even access the property until 4pm (this is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced at other resorts and we were told our room did not allow this, not the resort itself), the front door entry sequence is complex (enter code, turn latch, turn knob), the floors and rugs were very dirty (black feet after walking on them), vent in the living room was covered with close to an inch of dust, the front door stop was held up by tape, the master balcony door handle was falling off (it was unusable), the remote for the TV in the master bedroom doesnot work (we used the living room TV remote for the master), the fitted sheet in the master does not fit the bed (it came off with every turn), there is not a way to fill up the tub for a bath (only a shower), ice maker will make about 10 pieces in a day Some of these cons really only impacted our family because we had kids with us (unable to access the facility prior to check in, no tub, difficult opening door as you need two hands to do so and one was holding a child). The biggest con was the cleanliness of the room.

Perfect for a family of 5

We loved the spacious balcony with plenty of chairs and room for a family of five. Beautiful view of the beach. The second bedroom was perfect for our three sons ages 16,14 and 11. Balcony doors did not lock and bathrooms were a bit small, but overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Looks can be deceiving!

Very disappointed! The pictures of the property are outdated and not what I was expecting. The property was not clean. The floors were dirty, there was mold on the shower curtains and stains on the couch and chair.

Perfect Spring Break

Absolute perfect spot on the beach . The pool was right under our condo and we could watch our kids all 3 are 11-11-12 swim and play without us hovering. The indoor pool was warm and perfect for the day it was rainy and windy . We would definitely stay here again. Only downside was the lack of an elevator and having to carry everything up and down . All and all great stay . Close to everything

The elevator was out almost all week. It was very hard to climb up and down the stairs to the beach/pool areas and to check out when our elevator was out of order.

Mardi Gras stay

The location is great central to activities, beach, restsurants and shopping. The bed was not comfortable, the topper prevents the fitted sheets from staying on and the blanket was too small for a king bed. It was clean but unless the bed issues are addressed I wouldn’t stay here again.

Pretty Condo

Very pretty inside and a gorgeous view of the Gulf. My friend says the Master BR has a thick topper over the king size mattress and you roll to the center. Fitted sheets will not stay on. 2nd BR the bottom fuller size bunk was very comfortable for me. Condo vendors came to the door on two different days. I felt uncomfortable about that.

Overall good but a few things

The condo sleeps 6 but only had 4 bath towels. Wasnt planning on having to do laundry while there for 3 nights. The dishwasher had standing water that had been there for awhile. Reached out to Property manager and they responded right away aw right away.

Tournament weekend

Conveniently located to activities for the kids and the beach was clean. Make sure to read the paper the guard gives you it has all the information you need.

Basic condo, no luxuries just ok

The place it’s just ok. It could use a little updating. None of the sliding doors actually locked. Smaller than pictures show on the website. Bathroom is a one person space so we used the second bathroom as both of our toiletries will not fit. Code for front door is a little tricky but once you get the hang of it is fine. Bathrooms were small but clean. There is a floor rack for the toilet paper (instead of the holder that attached to the wall) but no space for it so we felt it was always in our way.Kitchen was also clean and ice maker was a plus! Parking is tight and many nights we had to park far and walk. View was great and pool was ok. They have carts available to bring all your stuff up. So… a good basic place to stay but did not love it, probably will get another place next time.

Wonderful Family Trip

We had a wonderful vacation with our grandchildren. The condo was clean; the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking. The condo was centrally located with Walmart and Publix grocery stores across the street. It had a larger pool and a smaller one, as well as an indoor pool. The view of the beach was beautiful, and the boardwalk was not very long; it was a short walk over it to the beach. We enjoyed our time here and would love to stay again. It’s very family-friendly, which I love. They do provide carts to help you carry your things and groceries in. We will definitely be back!
