These two-bedroom, two-bath condominiums are one of the best rental values on the beach. Enjoy gorgeous panoramic sunset views of the Assawoman Bay from this extra-large bayfront condo! Second floor, two bedrooms, and two baths. Beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained! Added sunroom for extra space and relaxation! Wood laminate flooring throughout the entire condo with carpet in bedrooms for a more cozy feel. Our Place at the Beach has one of the largest community pools in OC. Make this your beach getaway and you better hurry, this rental opportunity won't last long!


Things to Know

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location - only a few minutes walk to beach. Windows provide beautiful sunsets. There was an outlet cover missing in the larger bedroom - this is my only complaint because we have a 2 year old but we placed laundry basket in front of it. Condo looked just like pictures except they updated the living room furniture (very cute I might add). We had a few rainy days due to Hurricane Erin so the pinball machine entertained my whole family. Would most certainly stay here again!

Overwhelmed

Me and My Family stayed in 206B over past weekend we should've booked the whole week.The place was definitely in the top three best places we stayed in OCMD in our 32 yrs of going To OCMD Everything was great from spacious areas to large view of the Bay. We had family visit and they wouldn't shut up about how nice the place was....100 % satisfied Thank You for having us

Our Place At The Beach 206 B

This condo unit is lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. Huge shared pool in community with kiddy pool. Beds are great, couches very comfortable. Bathrooms modern. Master bathroom has huge stand up shower and also a bidet. 2nd bathroom has a tub which is great is you have kids. Jurassic Park pinball machine is great. My only complaint has nothing to do with the unit itself. Vacasa does not clean very well at all. Does it stop us from using them to rent properties? No. But consistently my wife will spend an hour or more cleaning when we arrive. And be aware not all units have brooms or vacuums. That being said would highly recommend Our Place At The Beach 206B. Excellent place to stay. Will be back if it's available.

Mostly good, some minor drawbacks

We stayed in this condo during the week of July 4th . It had ample space and was as advertised, but the toilet and shower in the second bathroom could use a thorough cleaning. Beds were comfortable and having a TV in multiple rooms was a plus for bigger families and those traveling with kids. Switches for the lights and fans are a little hard to figure out, but we managed to figure it out. Overall, a positive experience. Good location, pretty quiet even though only a block or so from Coastal Highway.

Beautiful

This place was nicely decorated. Home was in good condition only issues was with the cleaning done before we arrived. All said I would still stay here. Just hope cleaning service does better.

Stay in ocean city

Property was roomy and clean and close To everything. Check in and check out were easy. Slightly disappointed that the “sun room” Was not really that- wished it was screened in and more of a Deck to feel Like you were outside. Also the pool was only Open til five. Not the property owners fault - but should be noted.

Beautiful home, BUT…someone needs to re-evaluate the cleaning procedures.

This home is beautiful, so it pains me to not give it an excellent review, but I just can’t do it. Vacasa or whomever manages the cleaning of this home needs to do a better job. We found dirty silverware that was placed back into the drawer, the sheets on one of the beds was never changed and most importantly there was animal hair all over the home (I found quite a bit of hair on the window sills in the sunroom) As I stated earlier it’s well within the home owners rights to have animals in their own home, but it should be in the listing somewhere that animals have been inside the home. I have an allergy to animal dander and had issues within a short time of arriving. I always look for hotels or homes that state no animals allowed for this reason alone. This is obviously not going to affect many people, but it’s something to consider placing into the listing. Now I must also recognize that the owners took great pains to make this home beautiful. It was nicely decorated and really had everything you could want or need in a vacation home. Fully appointed kitchen with a closet full of extra appliances (crockpot, ect). A washer/dryer, the master bathroom even has a heated toilet seat and a large shower. The second bathroom is a bit smaller but very nice as well. A bonus is the pinball machine in the sunroom, which my family put to good use since we didn’t have the best weather during our visit. The electric fireplace was very nice and the TV is the living room was huge (also a nice bonus since we had quite a bit of rain during our stay). We found board games and decks of playing cards in the living room as well. My allergy would probably prevent me from staying here again, but my family would stay again if the cleaning issues were resolved. You pay a significant about of cleaning fees (almost as much as the cost of the three nights stay) to come into the home and not have it be entirely clean. Vacasa manages the property for the homeowners so please do better for the owners, because they really do have a nice property.

Fantastic Stay

Loved staying here in July! Super close to the beach, well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds and beautiful view from the living room. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a beach trip. Will definitely be back next year!

Family friendly clean condo with bayview

This condo is in a nice convenient location away from boardwalk (15 min drive) with a beautiful bay view.. Beach access is about a 5 min walk on a sidewalk that leads to a crosswalk with light. Felt safe. Plenty of restaurants and mini golf nearby. Had everything we needed in kitchen they have a keurig and a Mr Coffee pot, plenty pots and dishes. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice with plenty of chairs. Very clean condo! Master bath has a nice big shower. Bonus was the pinball machine that worked out great for family fun on a rainy day! Would recommend and stay again!

Missing items— no hangars, no hair dryer, no can opener. Furniture not very comfortable except for the couches. Missed the sunroom overlooking the marsh. Only 2 windows open on the porch/sunroom.

Great place for a small family

We had a beautiful view of the bay . Condo was nicely painted and decorated . Private yet close to coastal highway . Some disappointments we had was the day we got there the power went out and had no electricity. Then because of that we had no internet or tv for two days out of the three we were there . Rugs had stains on them . Pet hair all over cushions when it was supposed to be a pet free condo . Faucet in bathroom leaks when u turn on right side in bathroom with the two beds . .

Fantastic Condo -- Close to the Beach!!

Beautiful condo and great value in Ocean City. Just one crosswalk away from the sandy beaches. A huge walk-in shower with accessibility was a huge plus. The wide view of the sunset on the water was stunning!
