Who wouldn't want a vacation home away from home in a 2000-acre oceanfront resort with 3 miles of white sandy beaches, 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, 25 tennis courts, access to Shelter Cove Marina and free transportation throughout Palmetto Dunes via The Dunes Buggy Memorial Day-Labor Day!

1900 square feet of living space provides plenty of room for up to 7 guests. A lovely 2-story entry sets the tone for the main level open floor plan that includes a living area with cozy oversized furnishings, 65" Smart TV and sliding doors to the deck, a dining area with seating, and a fully-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and your cooking essentials. The kitchen also features a full-size stackable washer and dryer and access to the storage yard which includes an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach! The enclosed deck includes a patio table with seating and grill, perfect for dining outdoors!

Also on the main level is the owners suite featuring a KING size bed, Smart TV, his and hers closets, a full en suite bath, and access to the deck.

Two lovely guest bedrooms are located upstairs and share a Jack N Jill bath - each with their own Smart TV. One bedroom offers 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin bed and the other has a KING bed.

Queen's Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. This villa is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach and near the General Store, Big Jim's, the Dunes House and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. Arthur Hills and George Fazio golf course are on either side.

* Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Only two parking spaces for unit.
* 4 beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella are included with this villa.
* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Beach villa

The villa was very nice and clean. It was centrally located and a short drive to the beach. The bedrooms are spacious and so is the living room. The kitchen was well stocked with all our cooking needs. Bike rental was walking distance and a general store. We enjoyed our stay.

Our group of five really enjoyed your place. It was clean and had plenty of room for all five of us. The location was a quick bike ride to the beach. We could walk or ride the Dunes buggy too. We had an amazing week and look forward to staying in this unit again next year.

The place was perfect for our family. Only issue was the lack of beach chairs with the property. Otherwise was a perfect spot and property managers were readily available to answer questions. Great spot.

Absolutely Amazing!

This was our first time staying at VRBO and this experience was amazing! The villa was so clean, had everything we needed for our week stay, was so spacious, great location, comfortable and just all around incredible. Will definitely be coming back again. Relaxing Vibe

This property was as advertised. Very clean. It had absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen. It is right around the corner from the pool. It really was about a 10-12 minute walk from the beach. The decor was fresh, with a relaxing, beachy vibe. We did have an issue with the grill. The management team was out within a few hours and fixed the issue. We would 100% stay in this villa again.

Nicely Updated - Squeaky Floor

This is an updated and nicely decorated 3 bedroom unit. No view but still well located, in easy walking distance to tennis, pickleball and golf. We would definitely stay there again. However, the second floor bedroom directly above the main bedroom has a squeaky floor in the center of the room. I don't mean a mild squeak - it is LOUD! It looks like the subfloor has bowed and become detached from the floor joists. It was almost comical as the couple who stayed in that room literally had to walk around the edges of the room near the walls to avoid it. It needs to be repaired badly. I normally wouldn't put this comment in a review but the owner/manager never provided a way to give feedback other than this.

Great condo for families!

We love Queens Grant and Palmetto Dunes. This unit was perfect for our family. Unit is exactly as described in write up and pics. Master on 1st floor is perfect with two additional rooms upstairs w/ jack and Jill bath. Great stay!

The General Store is a must stop and enjoy delicious take out breakfast and lunch along with all the extra goodies you need to make vacation complete. Oh yes and incredible golf nearby too. Condo is spacious, kitchen great for cooking. Loved it.
