We really liked this house! Big and beautiful, huge dining table and couch in family room, a smart tv so we could watch streaming shows, family movies, and listen to spotify. Good kitchen. Perfect location!! Just a short 2 minute walk to beach. Beautiful view out the back to the golf course and water. Wish we could stay longer :-)

This is our third annual trip to Kiawah and first at this house. The best rental house we’ve had in Kiawah and all of our travels. - most well stocked kitchen including pantry basics - clean, just like the pictures- perfect for two small families for a week long trip- 100 yard walk from the backdoor to the sand and kids can wake barefoot along the path - perfect back porch to watch the golfers and hang out in the mornings and evenings No complaints. We’ll be back next year!

Great family place.

So close to the beach! Plenty of space too! We were there during the tropical storm this week, and it was nice to be able to get to the beach in between storms and back quickly when the rains came. Would stay again.

Easter Weekend in Kiawah

This house was a great fit for our 3 generation family over the holiday weekend! Even though the weather wasn't great, the home was spacious enough for our group and the location was perfect. Only steps to the beach, golf course and easy bike ride to Night Heron and the Sanctuary. Would visit again!

Perfect spot to relax and have fun

Love, love, love KIAWAH! This home offered everything we needed … plenty of space, access to the pool, bike paths, golf, and a short walk to the beach. And we weren’t too far from stores and services. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute!

Perfect house and location

Wonderful every part of it. We want the same location with one more bedroom. Our kids are having more babies We want this house again and maybe a villa too for one family of 4 for next year

Southern Charm Paradise

Our ladies tennis team enjoyed five wonderful nights at this spectacular home. The decor, roominess, location and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Everything from booking to checkout was handled perfectly. Every amenity was provided from extremely comfortable beds to a gorgeous screened in back patio. The decor was outstanding, the house elegant yet comfortable and the views were breathtaking. We will definitely be back!

Great 4 days

Property was adequate for our stay. Rodents were in the ceiling above 2 of the bedrooms running around. I spoke with company that picked up rat traps and they are going to get up in the attic next week

The house was perfect for our families of 12. Great location with the 13th green off the back porch and a quick minute or 2 walk to the beach. Trouble with the upstairs AC upon arrival but it was dealt with as soon as possible.

Family vacation

Nice house great location we would definitely stay again Only negatives were that the house was not very well stocked— no beach towels, kitchen had the bare essentials, etc. I would expect more for this kind of house and this price range.

Beautiful home and perfect location to the beach!! Great setup for bedrooms!!! Nicely decorated and clean!!! I would recommend this property!! A few notes; bath mats to step out on would be great and prevent slipping, soap dishes for sinks for the bar soaps, THE BACK SCREEN DOOR NEEDS FIXED TO OPEN correctly, and the baking pans need replaced. More light switch labels would help with that big plant out of the way for main room switches. Also TRASH BAGS! We used the one and there were no more anywhere and took a day and a half for a reply from manager. 11 people and 1 trash bag doesn't work. And we recycle all we can! (Don't use beach credit! Cost more than it's worth for delivery and insurance on rusted chairs!)

Love the property, but house was very run down.

This house is very dear to us as we have loved returning to it year after year. There are many memories here. This time we arrived to the house being clean.....the house cleaner did an excellent job, but the house was very run down. The front and back porches were covered in black mildew. The furniture on the back porch was filthy as was the rug. One of the front steps had a lip broken off of it, and we had someone fall down the steps. The grill did not work. My husband went through and cleaned both porches for hours. We had two grandchildren with us, and he did not want all that mold around them. The bathrooms need remodeling in a big way. Regardless of this, we found the beds, kitchen and bathrooms clean, and we had a wonderful week. We did call Sky Run regarding the grill. They were not able to respond that day, but were able to come fix the grill the following day. We did love the additional parking spot that had been added in the front.
