When you stay here, enjoy seamless access to both the coast as well as Baytowne Wharf. Amazing shared amenities include numerous pools, a marina, hike and bike trails, and on-site dining and shops. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We absolutely loved this mini vacation. The accommodations were great! The location was better than I expected! The hosts were very prompt in responding and communication. I saved this unit for future vacations!

Fabulous Sandestin getaway!

The balcony was amazing with beautiful views while private and quiet. Such comfortable furniture to enjoy our morning coffee and glass of wine at night . The beds were so comfy and this little place has it all!! We will be back

Relaxing, Clean and Cozy

This was the perfect location for two travelers wanting to enjoy quiet location with food options nearby. We didn’t have any noise from surrounding units and loved the privacy of balcony. Beds were comfortable as well. Enjoyed the stay!

Bad Experience

The location of the property was amazing, but the home wasn’t clean at all when we arrived. The floors were extremely dirty and two dinning chairs were broken as well as the table being dirty. The pictures made it seem very nice and clean, but it wasn’t when we arrived. Also, when we arrived we revived the wrong code to get in and with two babies and the arrival process we had to wait 20-25 minutes to get into the condo. Again, location was great but ended up having to buy my own cleaning supplies to make sure condo was clean.

Observations of Observation Point North

The condo was VERY clean which is a huge plus but the description is not accurate. It states that you can "sip a refreshing beverage on the private balcony, furnished with cushioned seating for the group and a new private hot tub. " THERE IS NO HOT TUB. This was the reason that we chose to book this particular condo, imagine our disappointment to find out that there isn't one! We understand that things happen and for whatever reason it isn't there BUT your listing isn't accurate and should reflect what the renters will actually get while staying at this condo. We also had an issue with our check in door code not working and had to call to request help. They gave us a back up code to try and thankfully that one worked. My one other complaint would be that the bedroom does not have blinds,shades or drapes that can be pulled to allow for privacy or darkness at night. If the neighbors are on their balcony while you're changing in the bedroom, they can see everything. The sheers that are on the window are very pretty but do nothing to darken the lights from the sidewalk area at night. Overall, it was a good weekend and a great location to be in but please update your description to reflect what amenities you actually get with this the condo.

Wedding Trip

The property was just as it was presented. The decor was beautiful. I would just suggest upgrading the shower head in bathroom off the kitchen otherwise we loved the property. Looking forward our next trip. Thank you!!

Beautiful condo - Terrible management

Beautiful condo with great amenities. I book through VRBO because of the ease of dealing with people who respond. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here as it’s managed by Vacasa. We had a horrible experience getting in the condo. A key pose wasn’t sent to us so I had to call and wait on hold for 20 minutes for someone to email access instructions. Once we got to the room, the key code didn’t work and we had to call customer service, which took another 45 minutes on hold. Imagine waiting in a hallway with a 8, 6, and 4 month old.

Baytowne Wharf is great, no AC our entire stay!

To start our vacation the code to the room didn’t work, used the key the whole time which was inconvenient. Air conditioning was not working upon arrival, called the first night when we realized and Kendra didn’t report the issue. Called back when we hadn’t heard anything, Mary was on it only for the tech to tell us the unit wasn’t repairable. No other units available in Baytowne, had to call 4 times to get some fans. Patio cushions were stained. Sand on the floor and drains were slow too. Unit is nicely updated. Baytowne Wharf is a great area, we never had to leave if we didn’t want to. Restaurants, shops and entertainment right out your door. All the food was amazing, didn’t have a bad dish at any restaurant. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Dirty in Destin

We arrived about 45 minutes early, in a rainstorm, and were not allowed an early check in. Once 4:00 pm arrived, the door code did not work, nor did the 2 others they sent to me. Was then told to use the lock box for an actual key, and this took 15 tries to get open. The battery in the key pad was dead, and had to be changed. Once setting in, we found wet laundry in the dryer, utensils in the drawer had dried food on them, and a dirty greasy pan was in the oven. Cooking utensils were barely adequate ( 3 frying pans and 2 small pots) and I demanded they supply a larger pot, which took a full day. The routine the bathes was wobbly, and we found dirty clothes under the bed, and a significant layer of dust, causing me to question the overall cleanliness of the entire condo. All in all the room itself was comfortable, but very disappointed. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
