The building features a large heated pool with waterfall feature, a spa and an abundance of lounge chairs to relax and sun on. There are sundecks around the pool as well as one that overlooks the beach and Gulf. Prepare dinner on the gas grills located by the pool and clubhouse.
The condo is modern and well-appointed, The kitchen has been recently updated and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and modern cabinetry. Both baths have also been updated and there is in unit laundry!
A very livable layout with large bedrooms. The dining and living room spaces are roomy and comfortable. If you need to work- you will find a quiet desk area off the kitchen or you can always use the balcony.
