Beach House Villa - Private Beachfront 1 Bedroom

Beach Villa is a wholly private one-bedroom villa with stunning views of the beach. The highest villa on the property and most secluded, it is often a choice destination for honeymoons or romantic getaways. Here, the master bedroom on the lower floor looks onto the soaking pool, while the upper loft offers a comfortable living area, full kitchen, and gracious patio.

Each Villa includes a staff welcome with a margarita and guacamole presentation. Full Breakfast is included Daily, prepared and served in your Villa, with the exception of Sunday. Continental Breakfast is provided on Sundays. Daily house cleaning services included. Optional private chefā€™s dinners each evening are available upon request.

A wonderful place to stay in Puerto Vallarta! The houseman Joseā€™ was excellent, and provided everything we requested. The chef dinner for a couple of our guests out on the terrace with stunning views of the bay, and amazing and delicious food. Our private pool, a weight room, yummy breakfast brought to our villa each morning, and the easy access to the beach were highlights. Everyone there that we met including: Lenora, and Rosy were so pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this special beach house!
They provided us with these gorgeous fresh flowers, and a bottle of wine!

The staff were excellent. Our Houseman, Jose met our every need. The property was clean and very private. The pool was warmed to the temp we wanted. We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for 25 years and Villa Verano was one of the bast properties we have ever stayed at. We will be back!

Impeccable Service

Our recent stay at Villa Verano was incredible. It was quiet, isolated and very private. The views from the balcony and the pool were absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The Villa houseman, Lalo, was one of the nicest humans we have ever met. The food made by Wilvert was better than any restaurant in PV. Villa Verano is a short taxi trip from downtown or a ten minute beach walk. We were able to get to our Starbucks easily every dayā€¦.prioritiesšŸ˜„. One note to anyone unable to navigate stairsā€¦Verano was built on a beachside cliff and therefore had many stairs. We were not fully prepared for the trek every day. Overall, our stay was relaxed and that is what he hoped for. We recommend Villa Verano and will be back. Thank you to the entire staff.

Beautiful unit overlooking Los Muertos Beach and Banderas Bay

A private property nestled amongst the trees, not to mention the singing birds and the ocean sounds. A magical place. We even got to see a few whales pass by. What a treat! The unit was well appointed. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Daily made service was excellent. Lalo, the houseman took care of our every need. Tony was the welcoming face at breakfast with a pot of coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. Yummy! Breakfast is included and the chef, Will, is very talented. He made us a delicious sunset dinner on the private beach. An extra fee, but weā€™ll worth it. Office staff, Arturo and John made it a point to introduce themselves and offered any assistance that we might need, all one has to do is ask. Very accommodating staff., to say the least. We loved every minute. The Wellenā€™s

Perfect Location, Perfect Service

The grounds Verano are insane, you a literally in a piece of jungle that has existed for decades. The maze-like paths that lead to where we stayed were lined with stunning foliage. Jose was our Houseperson, and he was nothing short of extraordinary. Whatever was needed, he was there to take care of it. The food was well-prepared and drinks were awesome. John, who manages the property, led us to a fantastic secret restaurant in a neighboring area. That dinner was one of numerous highlights. Incredible locale, amazing staff, and the villas are spacious and well-appointed. We will be back!

Absolutely Incredible!

From start to finish our stay was absolutely amazing!! The property is beautiful and we had a lot of "pinch me" moments with the incredible views. It's location is absolutely perfect - you get a lot of privacy, but it's a 2 minute walk to bars, restaurants, etc. The staff is what really made our stay next level. Leonor and Lalo were incredible and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of from food request, covid test, transportation, cleaning, shopping, etc. We will definitely be back!!!

Incredible service at a unique property

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house and would definitely recommend it to others. It is located within walking distance of the Romantic Zone and all of the fabulous food and fun it has to offer but feels very private. It was nice to be close to what we wanted to do, but also be able to get away from the crowds. I canā€™t say enough about the staff. Leonor was super helpful in planning our stay and facilitating a pre-arrival shopping trip. She was ready to book any services or excursions we may have wanted and promptly answered all of our questions prior to the trip. JosĆ© and Lalo, our house men, were also fabulous. When we arrived, we were greeted with margaritas and guacamole and were able to set up times for breakfast. At one point, we were about to head into town via taxi and it was pouring rain. JosĆ© saw us looking lost on the property and ran out to make sure we had a dry place to stand while we waited for the cab he had pre-booked for us. I was dressed up for dinner and this gesture meant a lot to me and typifies the staffā€™s willingness to go above and beyond. This is the kind of place that you could stay in for your whole trip and never have to leave. They will shop for you if you want to cook, have private chef services available, and can book in room spa services. Also, if you want to be left alone, theyā€™ll bring you breakfast and coffee and leave you be. While the property is fantastic and weā€™d stay again, there are a couple of things to consider. First, this is clear in the listing, but there are a lot of steep steps on the property and they are pretty much unavoidable. Second, the central location means there is noise from the clubs down the beach. However, we didnā€™t hear anything when we were inside with the doors closed. Finally, the property is nestled in the jungle which makes it very private but it also means that travelers should expect the occasional visit from wildlife. We had iguanas for neighbors, geckos for roommates, and ants at night on the pool deck. Everything was very clean, but donā€™t expect to be sealed in a plastic bubble here. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back.

Fantastic private bungalow in Puerto Vallarta

We have been fortunate to travel quite a bit and a have been to PV mutltiple times. Our stay at the PVBC couldnā€™t have been more enjoyable. The location at the south end of the main beach in Puerto Vallarta is perfect. Just enough out of the big hotel areas, but a five minute walk into the heart of the Romantic Zone. The property is spotless and the staff are genuinely nice and beyond responsive. The General Manager John is a great guy and was a pleasure to chat with as well as a wealth of information regarding all things PV! We will be back and are considering renting the main house for a large group. In a day and age of big and uninteresting hotels, this is a unique, calm, luxurious and beautiful place to unwind. We will be back!
