The Master bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) with an attached full bathroom - shared toilet & shower - separate vanities. The 2nd bedroom a single twin bed (sleeps 1) with an additional full bed (sleeps 2).

Enjoy preparing any meal in the wonderfully upgraded & equipped kitchen! We provide our guests with 5-star linens and towels. Also, for your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry facility on the same floor, by the elevator.

For outdoor fun, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can swim in our swimming pools or soak in the soothing hot tub!

Have fun with friends and family playing basketball, pickleball, or tennis! In addition, there is lots of green space for cooking in the charcoal grilling area! For those wanting to keep their workout routine going, you will love our fitness room.

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
